Lotte New York Palace never disappoints. Rooms are spacious and understated..beds are super comfy. I can’t say enough about location..shopping, theatre, the park, st Patrick’s cathedral, Rockefeller are all at your feet and easy subway access to soho, west village etc. What I really love the most about the Palace is the people…outstanding level of service. You really feel pampered. Room service breakfast is lightning fast and so yummy! A stay at the Palace is an indulgent treat…I’ve stayed all over the city, but the Palace easily ranks in my top three.

My stay at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with top-notch service and an elegant atmosphere. The hotel is located in a prime spot, making it easy to explore some of the best attractions in New York City. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning views of the city. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort of the room made it feel like a true luxury experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel’s amenities, including the spa and dining options, were exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance of the hotel, making it a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend Lotte New York Palace to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Manhattan. It’s truly a gem!

Literally the worst hotel i stayed at! The worst service and staff, very very very disrespectful, rude and not helpful at all. They stole my things that i got and stated that they simply ‘lost my shopping bag’. They gave me someone else’s room keys that was in service. I have stayed in the hotel multiple times before but i can assure this will be the last time me and my family stay here. The hotel doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. The worst hotel please dont waste your money!!

Tive a desagradável experiência de me hospedar neste hotel. Me deram a chave do quarto.Ao abrir a porta,havia outro hospede no quarto. Muito constrangedor. Depois trocaram o quarto e a chave não estava funcionando. Depois de várias horas de voo não é isso que eu esperava. O quarto é bom,mas a limpeza também deixou a desejar. Fui pela empresa. Se pudesse optar, iria em outro local.

Excellent hotel! Stayed during holiday and wonderfully decorated. Was asked if we wanted cathedral view of St. Patrick's church, so glad we said YES! What a view! Room was comfy, cozy and had best night of sleep.

Excellent! Everyone was so nice and Maurice was the best! We saw him in the elevator and had been told he was the guy to show you about gossip girl details there and he stopped what he was doing to kindly show us the places filming took place and even took pics for us, he is simply the best and so kind! The concierge was amazing as well, especially the gentleman there, I have forgotten his name but he was middle aged gentleman, went out of his way also along with a sweet lady named ani I think, she was so sweet and kind to us also! Can’t say enough about the kind workers, the only thing I wish was better was the comfort of the beds, that could be upgraded, I along with my sister woke up with back issues, otherwise it was perfect!

Great experience except for downstairs lounge. Rude waitress and security guard (?) who tried and pick a fight with my husband since our daughter, with a sinus infection and not feeling well, was sleeping in chair waiting for car to pick them up for airport. Never explained why she wasn't allowed to sleep in lounge. Absolutely worst way to leave the hotel - especially since we are reoccurring patrons.

Impeccable stay, again. Everything about this hotel was excellent. It is clean, well maintained, well appointed, obviously has incredible architecture and design, and the staff was incredible. The Gold Room and beyond is the absolute must-see. Enjoyed every minute!

Lotte New York Palace is the best Hotel in New York City. Location so in the heart of New York, 5 minutes walk to Rockefeller and less than 10 Minutes to Time Square. All Staff is so kind and so helpfull. Room is nice with best view to Rockefeller / St Patrick Church. Awesome experiences stay in Lotte New York Palace. Thank You Lotte team

The Manager said they do not guarantee a 4 p.m. check-in as promised by membership in the Amex Fine Hotels and Resorts terms of service. I'd booked a hotel in that program because my daughter needed to nap before a Broadway show as part of her recovery from a serious illness. We got in after 6 p.m. Room service was also very slow (e.g., hours to get a bucket of ice).

There was urine under the toilet bowl and on the wall. The staff was kind while we were there however I have been trying to speak with someone regarding this since 12/27 and get no response. I was speaking with the director of rooms, Brenda, who apologized for the condition of the room however I sent photos and asked if a partial refund could be issued. I never got a response so on 01/01 I called to follow up and they advised she is on vacation. I completely understand however someone should be covering for a director but I asked if I could speak with a different manager, they said that there was not one available However, one will be coming in at 2 o’clock, and they would call me back. I left my name and number and never heard back so on 01/03 I called again and explained the situation, they said they would transfer me and I waited on the line and no one came back to the phone so after 7 minutes on hold I hung up. I reached out on instagram and never heard anything. When I discovered the urine upon checking in I very quietly showed the front desk. Because I didn’t want any other guest giving them a hard time, I simply asked if someone could clean it up while we went out to lunch. We came back a few hours later and it was still there. The bathroom had been cleaned however the urine under the toilet bowl and on the wall had not. The carpets were also peeling up a bit and our view you could not see any sunlight because we were backed up all the way to a grey wall. The location is great and the luggage men are excellent but aside from that you can find much better especially for the price. I paid 1,076 for one night for a room with pee on the wall. It is disappointing and bizarre that no management from a 5 star hotel can contact me back regarding the urine in our room and at this point more than a discount should be refunded. There are so many beautiful options in New York I do not feel this one is worth the money. I would also like to add it took 20 minutes to get an elevator during check out time, I know it happens but it just makes me think of the elderly and people with babies simply waiting 20 minutes to just step onto an elevator not even counting the time to check out if you don’t use your phone to do so.

This hotel is beautiful and in a great location that is close to many NYC must sees. We have views of the church and city skyline which is lovely. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The service has been exceptional and everyone has been very sweet to our kids.
