Always great and always know what I want. Up to date techniques all the time. Just got my hair refreshed with a Balayage/Ombre and a cut last week. Best product all the time. Been going to Jess for over 10 years. She is the best in the North, East, South, and West. Moved 45 min. away....and still travel to Lotus. All the women their are so nice, and atmosphere is relaxing. -Ked
