I was in town on business for a couple of weeks and had driven in from a few states over. They were able to work me in quickly same day. Friendly staff and professional environment. Would definitely return if I’m back in the area at some point in the future.

Really 10/10 place, I normally work 70hrs a week and my body be so sore, I came here to give it a try and I did not expect it to be that great at all. I normally don’t like females massaging my body, but I said I’ll give it a try and let me tell you, her hands were pretty dang good and fixed what I needed to be fixed. Really great place

The staff here is friendly welcoming and very professional. They provide an excellent massage service that is never rushed. I always feel revived and rejuvenated after a massage here. All the therapist here are excellent.

Tax on TIP Enjoyable massage Can get loud while people are checking in. Pushy with tips. Yes I tip but I prefer to offer before asked “Apple Pay or cash” (my service was prepaid)… so I asked for what bc I wasn’t sure if I was about to be double charged or forgotten. So it wasn’t, “are you tipping today, would you like to tip”… but a blunt “Apple Pay or cash” I was actually going to tip more than I did but I don’t like to be bullied into a tip. made me uncomfortable Pay employees more and tip bully less

My husband and I came here on a whim for a after calling ahead on a weekend because I spotted a deal on Groupon. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a 5pm slot open on a Saturday! We had never had a legit couple's massage, so here is what to expect: You can undress as far as you are comfortable, but to get the most out of your experience, I would strongly advise wearing a thong (ladies) or speedo thing (gents). -They started off with massaging you under a sheet, then got deep into your tissues with some oil afterward, broke out the hot stones, etc. I felt like they got through more than I've ever gotten anywhere for an entire hour. They did a phenomenal job and were very receptive to whenever I was yelping from having sore muscles from my workouts, because I've been on my fitness journey and felt like this was what I needed to fully recover! And, boy did they help! I am a little sore today (the day after), but it's the good kind of sore and I know for a fact that I will be back at some point! Thank you ladies!!!! ❤️

I asked for 60 min foot massage and my fiancé asked for a 60 min deep tissue massage. This is the first time we have ever had to pay upfront and not after the service was complete. We were led to the couples room with tables. I told them again I wanted feet only and she insisted that I get on the table for my massage. They later closed the curtain between me and my fiancé…which was an absolute no! They opened the curtain back up and finished the massage. I was not happy as I didn’t receive the service I asked for. As we walked out we were told by one therapist that we forgot to give them a tip. We continued to our vehicle and the other lady came to our vehicle and was getting ready to put her hands on our vehicle, for a tip, until her told her not to. This is our first and last visit.

BE AWARE First I was greeted well but was advised to pay first and not to put tip or add total on my credit card receipt. No doors for privacy. One of the massage ladies was coughing like she had a respiratory infection. My massage lady stopped twice to answer walk-ins. Finally I was told not to leave less than a 10 dollar tip by my lady next time.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my massages at Lotus Spa. I learned about them through Groupon. Michelle has been my massage therapist and she is excellent. She applies a variety of techniques and will adjust the pressure to one’s comfort level. I can highly recommend Michelle and Lotus Spa to anyone who needs to destress and relax.

Lotus was very clean and available for a last minute walk in on a Sunday. I had been achy from work travel several weeks back to back. I opted for the 60 mins deep tissue massage. The massage itself was great and Michelle will go deep and be very thorough. She did a scalp and head massage near the end of my session which almost made me fall asleep. Overall I think they are a great value. You may not always be able to book last minute appts but they were available for me today. One last note .. I heard a couple giving the massage therapists in the room next door rave reviews for her "phenomenal massage". But the couple stiffed the therapist on the tip. Im really not one to even pressure people about tipping, but it was so strange to hear them talking about how she did such a great job, then argued with her when she asked if they would like to tip when checking out. Try to support these therapists, and if they perform well, give them a tip! Michelle definitely deserved it!

Me and my wife have been here twice for the couples deep tissue massage and both times were nothing less than AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend for singles and couples looking for a relaxing massage.

Michelle and Lisa are both wonderful massage therapists with deep pressure touch. This is not a typical American relaxation massage, it’s deep tissue with compression like motions. Lotus foot spa is always very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Bare with them as English isn’t their first language but that’s ok, you’re there for massage not a conversation.

My daughter and I are so happy with Lotus Spa, my daughter had the manager Michelle and is in absolute awe with her. She was in so much pain with her shoulder and arm that she thought she was gonna have to have surgery and after her massage she was like this lady is so awesome because I feel no pain and it’s been a week and she still has no pain. She will continue to go and get massages with Michelle and she has taken her husband and he is absolutely in love with this Spa. I had the other lady and she was absolutely wonderful. It was one of the best massages I ever had I live in Florida but if I live in Virginia, this is where I would go for my massage. Thank you very much for the wonderful massage and for making my daughter feel amazing.

Wish I could leave ZERO STARS! December 30 which was my bday I’ve decided to get a massage at 3pm the lady walks me to the massage table and said she’ll be right back. I’m waiting and an hour go past I’m extremely upset so I get dressed and demanded a refund the lady wasn’t trying to give my refund at all. So my significant other talked me into staying the massage was horrible and rushed and the lady had the nerve to ask for a TIP LOL I’m never coming here again 1st & last time
