Do not get your lashes done here! She took 1 hr to put on lusters. The lashes started to fall off later that afternoon. When I went back to have them fixed they just let me sit there until I finally left.

Stopped by on my way to a job interview to get my brows done. The service was great, the ambiance was relaxing and the owner was so nice. I even went back the next day to get my nails done. GREAT JOB!!! I plan on becoming a regular.

I am so happy with the care and high quality of service they offer at the Lotus Nail Spa. They have always been patient with me, and I do take time to like a color. But with their professional advice and options offer, it was a breeze. The spa has welcoming and very relaxing atmosphere. I recommend it and would give it 10 stars if I could!

I started coming here out of sheer convenience from the place I was originally going to. While the staff is very friendly, I am a little peeved at how I've been multiple times and the same things have happened. 1) why are we "filing" my nails with the drill? It's painful. Every other place I've gone to uses nail clippers and a nail file. The drill HURTS. 2) Never, in the YEARS that I've been getting SNS, have I been asked to remove the SNS myself. Here, they stick your hand in the acetone solution and you are expected to remove it yourself as you soak. If this is normal, please correct me, because I've been to other places with my friends, and my former place--and none of them asked me to remove my own SNS. 3) this is the only place I've gone to where my nails are brittle once the SNS is removed. I've since returned to my original nail salon that, while much further out, is worth the drive.

TOMMY! I visited today and was welcomed in by Tommy who reviewed the service menu with me, allowed me to choose my color and offered me a seat and something to drink. Tommy is such a talented nail technician. He assisted me with understanding color theory and provided recommendations based on the look I was going for and my nail shape. The ambiance was relaxing, inviting and calm. There is gentle music playing in the background, soft lighting throughout and overall a very clean and posh style. I got the SNS service with tips and the lotus signature pedicure. 5 STARS! Thank you TOMMY!!!

The salon went above and beyond for customer experience. They made accommodations for a last minute appointment in the late afternoon. They really took their time and paid attention to detail. I wanted a natural looking square nail and I love the outcome. All of the staff is very nice and friendly. Tommy did a great job. I will definitely be back!

A friend recommended this place for a pedicure. Might I say.. it was by far the best one I’ve had in a very long time: NO RUSHING!!!! I decided to get my nails done .. SNS with a tip. Wanted to do a design, ombré look with cute design. After all, the other reviews shows they could do it. I showed a gentleman (possibly owner) what I wanted and he flat out told me “no..”.

I was beyond disappointed with this salon as I picked it based on the great reviews. I wanted a gel manicure and thorough pedicure for an annual girls trip. While I was greeted and offered a beverage, communication was minimal and short. There was no music playing. The gentleman started my pedicure without asking what I wanted and I had to request a menu, selecting the 2nd to highest priced one. He barely performed the services, but I held my tongue and he started on the gel manicure. He started filing without asking the shape, and I had to stop and correct him. He didn't prepare my nails, and barely filed them, and I tried to point out how crooked and uneventhey were. I kept trying to communicate the issue, but he just kept going. Finally the owner/manager came over and I explained the issues, showed her my crooked nails, my rough feet, tonails not filed enough, and she redid some things. I was ready to get out of there as I have not had such a terrible experience with a nail salon previously. I paid over $100 full price with tip and less than 24 hours later my nails are chipping and peeling. My gel manicure looks worse than regular polish and I am pissed at how terrible this experience was!

I was welcomed with a warm greeting by the staff. There was a slight wait (I was a walk-in) but I definitely didn’t mind, the environment was very peaceful. They even had drinks available and I was asked multiple times if I needed anything. One of the best nail places in all of Greensboro by far. Lana was very nice and made my nails look beautiful! :) Will definitely be back.

Lotus nail spa is perfect if you are looking for relaxation and feeling brand new! The staff of tremendous all around. When you come in, you are kindly greeted, and of course there’s wine!!! I ALWAYS leave beyond satisfied, relaxed and refreshed. Go check them out immediately for peace, and bedazzled nails plus more ;)

If you need a nail tech who listens to EXACTLY what you want and executes EVERY time, it’s Vera! She’s been my nail tech for years and I wouldn’t go to anyyyyone else. She’s stuck with me! As far as lotus, this salon is relaxing, classy, and welcoming! Couldn’t be happier!

The salon is clean and all certificates are visible. It has a very luxurious aesthetic and the complimentary drinks are a plus. I got a basic regular polish mani and pedi for $60 - Thi did a very nice job. I can’t wait to go back and try their other services next time!
