The customer service is horrific. I walked in and not one person greeted me or inquired what service I was in need of. Keep in mind, the establishment was not busy. There was only one other customer present. The salon is not as sanitary as it should be. I wouldn’t visit again.

beyond horrible experience.1st and last time. I went yesterday and when I arrived I was the only person there..that should have been my first clue to not stay. the whole entire time I was there every single employee would only speak in their language which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. from the moment I let them know what I wanted they all spoke non stop so of course you feel like they are talking about you. it was a very uncomfortable environment and I should have listened to my gut and left. the lady that did my nails kept telling me how the polish will be coming off..I've been doing my nails weekly since I was a teen I know how long nail polish lasts..didn't feel welcomed or wanted there at all horrible job done

I have been trying to find a good nail salon ever since my regular nail tech moved and I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Lotus Nail. Anna has become my new regular tech since she started but I have had my nails done by a few others there in the past and I have no complaints at all, 10/10 would recommend.

Best nails ever, the dip SNS lasted SIX weeks. I’ve never had my nails last that long because my nails are extremely thin and fragile. Thank you Tam and thank you Lotus Nails!

Just moved here and read pretty good reviews so tried Lotus Nails. I didn’t mind waiting an hour since I didn’t have an appointment. The person who took care of me was rough when cutting my cuticles on my feet to the point where I was bleeding and the pedicure was just so-so. Nothing special. The manicure was rushed but looked nice when I left however not a week later and I have chips on gel manicure. Very disappointing. Probably will not return.

Lady was too ruff and did not want to do the design I ask for. . . Shape was horrible...had to file after I left..not worth the price for sure

Came in for a pedicure and the lady did a terrible job. After she used the pumice stone there was still residual dead skin all over my feet that wasn’t removed, which is kind of the point of paying almost $60 for a pedicure. I felt like the whole thing was rushed and the lady didn’t put very much effort into my services. Also some of the staff was rude in my opinion. Me and my friends will not be coming back here.

I have been coming here for years for many different services. I always get my eyebrows waxed here and they always do them great and are always friendly towards me. I also have gotten many pedicures where they do a great job and always take care of the ingrowns which most salons skip over. I also have gotten so many manicure acrylic sets here. I also think their prices are pretty reasonable.

I used to love this salon but I absolutely refuse to go here anymore because of the attitude my daughter and I have received from the staff the past couple of months after years of coming to this salon. You should not treat your loyal clients like trash and talk badly about mostly everyone that comes through the door of your business. We have always been easy clients and good tippers. We will not be returning to Lotus Nails.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Lady cut me 8 different times while doing my nails. The nail job was absolutely horrible. When I asked for them to be fixed, a gentleman came over and made them even worse. My nails hurt so bad after leaving the salon. My 2 year old brother could ha e done a better job. I would stay far far away from this place

first of all , I do not recommend anybody going here. I showed the guy what I wanted , for what I paid , I should’ve got exactly what I wanted. $110 dollars and my nails do not look like the picture I showed him. not to mention , he cut multiple of my fingers. I had to mention that my nails were not even and still left with nails that are not even. I’m not happy with their work or my experience there. maybe other employees were better but not the guy that done mine. star nails in Callahan FL is the only place I will go and only place to recommend.
