I have had a wonderful experience at Lotus Nail & Spa. Particularly with Carol, she has given me both wonderful medi/pedis every time I’ve gone to her. She even stayed til after closing to finish a wonderful Pedi-Spa treatment. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER SERVICES!!💯%. Thank You!!

Updated nail spa, nice atmosphere Easy scheduling and check-with an amazing receptionist,Chanelle. I highly recommend Lisa for gel manicures and regular or gel polish pedicures.

This was my first visit to Lotus, and i will be going back. I was a walk in and they were able to take me as soon as i got there. Everybody was friendly and welcoming. I never been to a salon where everybody was just willing to help you. The atmosphere is like no other salon i’ve ever been too. They treat you like family. The owner who did my nails was fast and very efficient. I told her i didn’t like one of my nails after she was finished and she rushed over to the pedicure spot where i was to fix it with no problem. They offered wine and refreshments upon arrival. Honestly i loved my experience and this will be my new nail salon

I had a 5 star review written over a year ago, but after tonight I have to edit it. I have been going here for about two years. Katelyn always does my nails and most times I wait 15-20 minutes past my appointment. Tonight I drove from Dover where I work for my 5:45 appointment and on the way the owner called to ask if I could come at 6 because Katelyn was running late. I was already on my way so I thought someone could just do my pedicure or even a polish change. I figured she can wait for me for once. Instead, she got mad that I didn’t wait for her to do it and told everyone she wasn’t doing my nails anymore. I couldn’t understand what they were saying, but it was obvious by the looks that she was saying something about me. My pedicure is done around 6:30 and Katelyn leaves. I’ll mention that my pedicure had to be redone too because my big toe polish was all chunky. Matter of fact, everyone leaves because “they close at 7”. I get it, no one should pick up the slack for Katelyn, but I felt like a ghost standing there. No one gave a damn, except Carol. Carol does pedicures and she’s good but she offered to do a color change on my nails. No fill, no design because that’s not her wheelhouse. So me and Carol hung out until after 8, so she could fix what no one else would. I don’t feel comfortable returning after the treatment I received after coming there for two years! Carol earned her tip tonight. I paid her the amount I would have paid for the manicure. Reply to Hannah...I had an appointment at 5:45 and when I arrived Katelyn was just starting a pedicure. She is routinely 15-20 minutes late. As I stated, I didn't expect anyone to stay late, but Carol said she would. You guys make appointments all the time and based on other reviews, are always running over. I thought I was doing Katelyn a favor by having someone else do my pedicure while I WAITED for her to finish one she started at my appointment time. I did NOTHING wrong. I didn't request a certain person to do my pedicure either. And hell no I wasn't paying for this crappy service. I did pay the amount of my manicure to Carol in the form of a tip.

I have been visiting Lotus for three years; each time has been a wonderful experience. I always want beautiful nails and intricate nail art, and the staff consistently delivers excellent results—I have never been disappointed. If you want to avoid waiting, I recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, as Lotus is often busy. I appreciate Lotus because all the staff members are cheerful, friendly, and professional. I truly believe I won’t find a better place than Lotus.

Lotus is so affordable and the quality tops it off! They are always able to accommodate my last minute needs/wants and I would recommend to all!

I would give them more stars because they have done a decent job in the past. But the fact that I checked in today for an 1:30 appointment with Sierra that I made last week, sat there for 30 minutes and when I asked how much longer, I was told my appointment was not on the books - No remorse, no offer to accommodate - I will not be going back. There are too many other nail salons that do a good job and treat their customers with respect.

i love this place i have been coming here for a year and a half to see ivy. they are always clean, friendly, and the techs here love to have friendships with their clients to make them feel more at home. i would 100 percent recommend coming here…definitely a great place for lower slower delaware

First & last timers here!! The salon was messy & congested and no one was all that personable. Myself and my two daughters had a 3:30p appointment; my oldest daughter and I waited 45min before being seen and my youngest daughter waited 90min before being seen. My pedicure from Tom was fine. My one daughter had her nails cut short after asking just to have them filed (she’s been working hard to grow them out) and the other daughter’s nails looked lousy. The owner (I assume) did try to make it right by giving us a small discount but we’ll be sure to go elsewhere next time.

Fantastic nail salon! The staff is skilled, friendly, and attentive. The salon is clean, cozy, and has a great atmosphere. I always leave feeling satisfied with my nails. Highly recommend! (And very friendly to pets! #sumo)

Was very happy with the service. My only complaint was my daughter and I had appts at the same time scheduled but I was started about 20 minutes after her. Otherwise it was a great pedicure!

always a good time here, love the service but really dislike the tipping system. tipping only available for each tech individually via Venmo or Cash App. so if you have 2-3 techs working on you throughout your appointment, that’s 2-3 separate Venmo transactions. Extremely inconvenient.
