I visited Lotus for a simple, no-frills haircut—just a 1.5 on the sides and a light trim on top. Frank, the stylist (and owner), instead gave me an extremely short and uneven fade. I had to repeatedly point out areas that needed correction, but the results only got worse. Things escalated quickly. When I saw the haircut going south, I told Frank to stop and that I wouldn't be paying. At that point, he locked the front door, got in my face, and aggressively demanded payment. He even told me to take off my glasses—implying he wanted to fight. Not wanting to escalate the situation, I asked how much he was charging, and he demanded $40—despite my previous haircuts at this salon costing around $25. He refused to show me a price list and yelled that he could charge whatever he wanted because it was his store. Feeling trapped, I paid the $40 just to get out of there. Only then did he unlock the door. As I was leaving, I warned an approaching customer to stay away—Frank responded by cursing me out. I strongly urge anyone considering this salon to stay far away, especially from Frank. Not only is he a terrible stylist, but he is also unprofessional, aggressive, and dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs.

Had a really bad experience twice. Once they send my daughter back home with wet hair during the winter . Second time - one side was an INCH shorter. Would not recommend.

Ms Nilgun was amazing. She blowed out my hair in very short time to ensure I could be on the time for my shootings. She really saved my life and did great job!

The salon is a con artist shop, they have one price over the phone and then charged my credit card for more than agreed upon for “various fees” and then demanded a tip from me which should be completely optional and to my own discretion. This place is disgusting and if I were you I would stay away and not come here.

This is the ONLY salon I go to. I’ve been going here since 2016 and have never ever had a problem. Tommy is my hair stylist and I love him! He is super professional and always does an amazing job on my hair. The salon is beautiful and clean. The employees are always nice and respectful and I honestly can’t imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Tommy, Matilda and Lotus Salon!!!

Everyone in the salon was very friendly and professional. I loved my haircut, came out just the way I wanted it. Also, the place was very clean and tidy. Will definitely like to go again!

I came here years ago very different atmosphere now, the people here very nasty. The man didn’t even clean the brushes Very cheap lazy man unenthusiastic Im disgusted The haircuts are $35 I confirmed before coming so I got cash After my haircut he wanted $40 with a very strict serious face I told him it $35 and I confirmed before coming he started laughing He cut my hair straight no design no nothing He was too lazy to do it Dirty place dirty people dirty salon probably their licenses are expired I should’ve checked

I know the owner for years I've been going to this place for a long time. I never had a bad experience. the owner of this place is always nice to his clients. and all other people who are working in this place they are all nice, friendly and respectful. prices are the same as any other hair salons . when I was reading some people's reviews I was laughing at them .they are talking about harassment and they were not happy with the service or some of them didn't like their haircut and color .some people are funny the way how they posted their reviews! You can't just choose any hair color and style that it's not gonna look nice on you. people are expecting a miracle. Don't expect to look like celebrities. people, please don't forget you are going to a hair salon, not a plastic surgeon who's gonna make you look like somebody else like you are seeing in magazines. choose the right color, hair cut or style that's gonna look good for your face .don't blame the hair stylist for everything. The way how you treat people they'll be treating you the same way the way how you talk to people they will talk to you the same way the way how you respect others you will get the same respect. all these bad reviews people look at your attitude and behavior before you talk! I do recommend this place to my friends and my coworkers. if this place was that bad he wouldn't be in business for a long time and same location for years .by the way some people wanna have a cheap haircut and color blow-dry go to Chinese hair salons so you can get cheap service . once again thank you for the lotus hair salon business.

I was there for my pedicure and hair care three hours ago, I have been going to this salon for a manicured pedicure regularly for 4 months, when I read the previous comment I couldn't believe it, it was written in a bad heart, The salon has been recently decorated with paint especially. and an extremely sterile environment

Don’t go to this salon!!! They’re so unprofessional and don’t know how to talk with teenager. They gave my little sister wrong hair cut and instead of apologizing they cursed at her and was so disrespectful to her. They’re mannerless.

Got this salon recommended by a friend. Got a hair cut done by Frank, he did an amazing job, told him what I want and he did that exactly and gave some tips on what would look nice on me, and my hair turned out perfect, I loved it. My friend dye’s her hair there every time and it turns out amazing. He was very polite and nice. Recommend him to all my friends and family, 100% going back again.

My friend went there and she asked for layers but the gave her a wolf cut and she cried. when she noticed her hair was being cut wrong she told him and he said that everything was fine. she went there to ask why he did that he said he didn't touch her hair. there is proof that he cut her hair and the back of her hair but he denies it. she wanted an apology but he gave her no apology. Told her to get out and called her stupid.

The same place and barber I had mu haircut done about 4 years ago, who did not do any good job this time either: 1. Could not follow any directions a. Left short where was explicitly asked to leave long b. Left long where was asked to do short 2. Unprofessional haircut a. Ugly front look b. Left bunch of hair on a side 3. Poor quality job a. It does not worth the money $25, as the quality of the haircut I got worth only ½ of the price, so look for a better place anyway, if you do not want to be disappointed
