Beautiful gel manicure done in about 45 minutes. The staff is very friendly and pricing is average. Would definitely go back again

Amazing work. My daughter and I went in for a last minute manicure and they did a wonderful job, especially on my full set acrylic. I am visiting from out of town but if I lived here I would go back.

I have been struggling for the past 4 years to find someone to cut my hair like my favorite hair stylist in Nor Cal. I have been to at least 5 people in SD and was not happy, but today I found Holly! I am a no nonsense client who does not want to spend hours in the salon, spending way too much money and walking out not satisfied. I am so pleased with my experience with Holly. I came in with clean dry hair, she asked me questions and was so talented thinning and cutting my thick out of control hair. It feels amazing now. It's the perfect length and style. I came home and styled it myself which I prefer and absolutely love it! Thanks Holly for being kind and professional! You have a client for life!!

Read a lot of great things about this place so I was hoping to take my daughter for her second hair cut here. However I was told they don’t take kids under 10. I told them that their brochure states that they do “Kids Hair cut(under 10)…$12” she said no they don’t have that. So I’m a little confused. Maybe update it? Thank you.

Amazing nail service. The artist was very calm, friendly, and talented. Very efficient and they gave us ample amount of time to choose the design and color. Highly recommend!!

I went in needing a new acrylic set... It had been three weeks since my last so they were overdue. The technician that worked on my nails didn't even soak my nails before yanking off the last set. The amount of pain was clear and i couldn't believe the lack of care and recklessness that my old set was handled with. I didn't have any tips on so she was pulling the acrylic off of my nails, not lifting any glued-on extensions. I wanted ombre nails and the attention to detail was inconsistent and the acrylic was so thick it made me feel like i had doorknobs on each nail. I would not recommend going here, at least for acrylics.

I went with my friend for nails. We dissapppinted bc i got pedicure and since i declined a overcharge of $15 for gel vs regular paint (bottl of gel is just $8 on any nail supply) the technician gave me attitude painting my nails careless rushing it with a old thick paint she blaming the color for the thick consistence of the paint and not the fact that is old so as you see in the picture the result. Im over to argue bc in 2 weeks i might get new one but why we need to givr away money like that if they not gonna work as proper. By another hand manicure was ok for me but not my friend. We upset this new trend on saloons to split the service of manicure and axrylic set. Manicure waa $35 and acrylic on their menu but it ends up being $45 for acrylic only and none manicure look like now if you dont split two payments and u jusy want acrylic they will put the tips and acrylic on top regarless ur nail falling apart no willing to give you decent basic manicure just drill a F it. So im not comming back. Dont let the hospitality cover the poor service bc ur money not coming back.

My sister and I just spent an afternoon there getting all of our ‘girl stuff’ done while we are vacationing in San Diego. Mai, Ivy and Tina were all awesome and treated us like queens! Good prices for Southern California and did a good job. Easy in and out - did not need appointment. Highly recommended. 😄

Consumer beware: this is how your nails will look like after getting them fixed for the SECOND time. Got my nails done the first time and I noticed when I got home how a few nails were warped and bumpy. I went back the next day for someone else to “fix”them only for her to be rude and try to say the didn’t “cook” long enough since they were gel. I went home and showered and this was the result of my nails. I immediately went the next day and got a partial refund.

I was very disappointed today. During the nail appointment I noticed that my nails had very obvious air bubbles as well as some black specks. I asked the manicurist if she could please fix it and you could tell that she immediately became annoyed. After that, I felt very uncomfortable. I did not want to mention anything else to her. When I left salon I noticed that my nails were bumpy and had weird streaks on them. I was the only customer at the nail salon at the time and it felt like she was rushing. My previous experience with them had been amazing which is why I was looking forward to going back, but I think I will no longer be a customer there.

My sister recommended this shop and it did not disappoint. The environment was so welcoming and the atmosphere was great. The results exceeded my expectations as well as the customer service. I was so indecisive about what to do but the girl was so incredibly patient and assisted me in choosing my color. 10/10 would recommend this place and definitely becoming a regular.

Unfortunately I left disappointed. It was freezing in there and they didnt care to trun on the heat, instead everyone who worked there just wore jackets while customers were literally shaking in the cold. It took an hour and 45 min and my nails are so thick and uneven and there's polish on my skin, it was just a bad experience.
