I have been coming to Lotus for quite some time and highly recommend Rachel. She is a professional, the treatments are excellent and my skin looks great. I appreciate that Rachel does not 'push' products and only makes recommendations if you ask. And her recommendations have been 'spot on.'

Had my first facial with Rachel and I will definitely be going back! She is so sweet and her spa is very relaxing. I love that I was the only person there. No distractions at all so I could truly relax.
