I love this salon! Everyone is amazing and kind and so talented! My nails stay beautiful for weeks at a time with the dip powder. Tons of options for colors and designs

They are not as good as they used to be. Spent about 20 minutes less time with me for a mani-pedi than they used to. Cuticle beds not done as well. Edges of nails not reinforced with polish like they used to do. Didn't help me into my flip flops. Seemed more interested in their phones than providing good service.

Just had a wonderful spa pedi from Jenny: superb in detail and massage! Such skill ♡ 6 out of 5 stars! Lotus is always the best, and such nice people. Wish I spoke to communicate more than with eyes... 🙏

I want to give them a Great feedback!! I had fullsets before from different places but this is my first time having 10 of them on after 3 weeks!! I hand wash dishes!!! And these are still so fire on me🔥 all of my friends complimented this work! 🫶 Everyone was really friendly, clean and organized salon, nice neighborhood and good prices! Totally recommend 2nd time coming back and totally worth the money and effort! The set has stayed for 1.5 month on my hands!! Love the service, love the quality!!

THERE WAS NO EXPIRATION DATE!!!!! I PAID $80 FOR THE MANICURE SERVICES, SO ESSENTIALLY PAID TWICE!!!!! AGAIN... THERE WAS NO EXPIRATION DATE!!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!

Got a pedicure here. Great staff, super kind and accommodating to me since it was my first time getting a pedicure! A really good place that is local too! My feet are so soft now and I feel like I'm floating

Got my lash extensions removed and my eyebrows waxed here and they were amazing. Even for simple and short services, they treated me well and took their time with me. They made sure I wasn’t uncomfortable and checked in with me. Also they offer gel-x nails!! Which is crazy because so many nails don’t offer this at all! Will for sure be back to get my nails done.

It's been over a year since I've had a proper pedicure, and I stopped by here after work today, expecting a similar experience to the tons of salons I've been to in my life, and this place BLEW MY MIND. The ladies were amazing, kind, the place was clean, and the woman currently doing my toes gave me the best leg massage I've ever had in my life. I was offered complimentary white wine, and I was seated within SECONDS of arriving. She's so genuine, and really molded my experience here. I will be a regular from now on!! I’ve been coming to Lotus since 2014. I’ve tried many other nail salons here in PDX and Lotus is truly the best. I usually opt for a dip manicure and spa pedicure, but the acrylic is also high quality. Clean, kind staff, and quick!

Paid $35 for a gel manicure which was a little high for the neighborhood… My normal place charges 30. But they did a really good job. I felt really bad because I couldn’t tip… They don’t allow credit card tipping. Wish I could’ve tipped. Suggest getting a Venmo or something so people who pay with credit card can tip you

The staff was really kind, and very helpful with the informing me of the services they offer. The music was really nice and with the sunlight coming in from the big windows in the front it made the environment really welcoming! Ask for kyra, she’s a good listener and is slays at gel x!

Went with my girlfriend for the first time to a pedicure (never had one before). The service was great and the people were friendly. The massage chair was really good for my back and my feet look great after. If you're looking for a good pedicure spot, this is one you should for sure check out.

The ladies here are consistent and always give a good Mani/pedi, I can usually get in within 30 minutes of calling. They do an excellent dip manicure, and the place is clean and bright and comfortable.

Nails look great. Techs do seem overworked. Need more nail technicians and do designs when getting full mail service and not up charge for things other salons do with full service like ombre nails when getting full sets.

I have been going here for over 5 years, mostly for pedicures. The quality has deteriorated. Very kind service, but the quality has gone south. The seasoned clinicians have always been thorough and attentive. The younger ones need better training. I will be looking elsewhere.onesyounger

I have been here several times for manicures and pedicures. Excellent service. Clean environment. They are following the Covid -19 protocols with masks being required and practicing social distancing. I was appalled to find this NOT to be the case at Plumeria Nail Salon where several employees were not wearing masks even though they advertise that that they are REQUIRED. Irresponsible and dangerous to be putting their customers at risk. Kudos to LOTUS for doing the right thing and providing great services too!

I've been going to Lotus for years, since I worked in the area and I could get a pedi during lunch. I changed jobs 6 years ago and continue driving back to NE Broadway because they do great work, they're kind and I don't feel like they're talking about me in front of my face. I love the selection of polish, I always get gel and the polish stays without chipping. It's clean, quiet and relaxing.
