Alyssa is phenomenal!!! She did my 5/17 wedding hair and I literally cried once it was done. It was perfect. We did 2 trials and I was still up in the air but she took my adjustments and executed beautifully!!! Would highly recommend her for your event or wedding stylist!!

I booked Alyssa for my wedding and she cancelled on the week of. She didn’t even reach out to me and let me know. She only told when I contacted her to check and make sure everything was still on track! I posted to a Facebook group asking for someone else to do my bridal party hair and a woman reached out and said she did the exact same thing to her, THE WEEK OF HER WEDDING! The lack of professionalism is horrible. Do not recommend.

I booked an appointment with Alyssa in November 2021 and at that time she quoted me $165. She said her first available wasn’t till December so I took her first available. The day before my appointment, she messaged me and said she was going over my inspo pic again and said she would need to do a root smudge. A root smudge was $15. I said sure and asked her again what my full total would be. At that time she then said it would be $290-$340!!!! Over $100 more than what she originally quoted me. When I let her know that was way more than she what she initially quoted me when I booked, this was her response, “ I’m so sorry- I forgot! I raised my pricing starting thanksgiving because of the overflow of clientele I was getting in! With no cut & if we didn’t need extra bowls- it’d be $200 for the full foil, $20 for the toner, & $20 for the root smudge so $240 with no extra bowls” I expressed to her that it was unprofessional to raise your price after quoting a client a certain price and then booked at that price. She said she would “check with her boss” and after “checking” she said her boss said she couldn’t do it because then she would have to honor it for everyone (AS YOU SHOULD). I let her know that it’s an unprofessional response from a salon, especially the day before my scheduled appointment. She then proceeded to say, “ You’re 100% right. If you want to come in on one of my non-schedules days, I will do it for the previous price and cover the leftover cost.” This was honestly 100% a guilt trip. She was trying to make me feel bad because she was supposedly going to “cover the leftover cost.” There was never going to be leftover cost. Definitely do not recommend.

Such a cute salon with some very talented ladies. Always accommodating to what I need. Lindsey does an awesome job. Edit: I've been going to Lindsay for a year now and let me underscore her talents. This girl knows what she is doing! You bring her a realistic inspo pic of what you want and she is going to deliver. She knows hair texture, how to keep your hair healthy, not fried, even when you go REAL blonde. I have yet to leave anything but very happy with her!

Brittany is absolutely amazing, she truly has a gift for hair. I always walk out pleased with my color, cut and styling-feeling like a million bucks. And a genuinely great person to be around too!

Took my son to Lou Lou Salon for haircut & school pictures. Super friendly and clean salon. Highly recommend Alyssa, she is awesome!!!
