I love this place. I went here to get my nails fixed because the last a place I went did such a bad job. Lou Nails fixed everything, the shape, length, and colors are perfect.

Rude and will accommodate their white customers first! Waited 30 minutes for a pedicure and two walk ins walked in and were seated immediately! This is the second time this has happened

My daughter in law and I always used Lous nails for ladies day out. This last time we were there we were handed a mask to wear. We thanked the lady and put them on. When we paid they charged us $26 each instead of the normal $25. When asked if they had gone up the lady told us no. There was a $1 charge for the mask. With Covid 19 things are bad enough for a lot of people. Why add insult to injury and charge a high price for something all business give for free. Be grateful for the business you have Lou. If you are going to charge let people know upfront. Will not do business with anyone who is just simply money hungry and think only of themselves. Will not be going back to this place. There are too many nail salons in town. Go to one who appreciates your business.

Been here a few times. The man that does nails is very good and nice. Clean place. They take walk-ins. Man is nice. HIS WIFE IS RUDE!!!! If you can’t understand her, she rolls her eyes and gets upset. One day i had my back turned picking a color and when i turned back around she was rolling her eyes at me. She over charges.

unless your just getting square nails...in 3 visits they never got my nail shape remotely right.cut my cuticle until the point of bleeding all three times and very rude.they were fairly priced but I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't suggest going here for your nails

I normally go to this place but today they all had attitudes besides the older man . He’s the nicest. They kept rushing me and touching my back and i had to yell at her to not touch me. I asked for an additional paint coat on my toes and she said she already put enough. Kevin the younger one had an attitude too. He was trying to force me to hurry and pick something . I would give them a 0 if i could . I will never go back.

Well I have been here a few times. I am originally from Georgia and I have never had an issue with my nails before, I’ll go and ask for UV Gel over my original long nails, I did not get that all I got was clear gel paint and One of my nails are broken, and when I got my feet done the lady that did my feet was fast she cut me she cut my toenails off too short. They do not seem to understand that we are paying good money to be taken care of and to be listened to, They are pushy and do not take their time . So therefore I will not be returning

They were so nice! I have super thin nails but it was time to get a new set of acrylics put on and he was really gentle with taking them off. I also had my sister in law and my god daughter getting theirs done with me. They all turned out awesome! I’ve been to several of the salons around town and they all have their cons. A good amount of them don’t fully cover your nail with the product or rush or just don’t pay attention, not Lou nails! They were very meticulous in covering the nail and very careful! Highly recommend this nail salon!

Very rud LADY only because we were walking in for service, at a time she was talking on her cell to someone and guy who was doing someone's feet and he had to tell her to put phone down and attend client. Then she started in her language bickering and then she made a fuss about trimming nails and filling them. This is not 1st time we get our nails and myself is esthetician so i know what steps goes in it to get manicure, after filling she put straight color - not even deep hands in water, no cuticle removed, no base coat nothing. THEY ARE WORST PLACE I HAVE TAKEN MY DAUGHTER TO GET NAILS. I strongly DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE. If there is any lower than 1 star I would give them that. They lost our business and we always recommend people to go to good place so not recommending to anyone to go to this place ever.

This was the WORST experience I've EVER had with getting my nails done! I wanted a full set coffin shaped and the guy there told me he could do it and he completely messed my nails up. They were all uneven and not at all shaped like the coffin shape and when I tried to tell him I didn't like what he was doing he started telling at me to be quiet and let him just finish!!!! I will never go back there and will definitely warn others to stay away this awful place!!!!!

Worst mail experience that I have ever had. I went in to get my nails dipped in white. That should be fairly simple and self-explanatory. Instead he dipped them in clear and then painted them in gel white they are lumpy and spotty and look awful. Don't waste your time going to the salon go to DK Nails instead.
