I have followed Kassi on Facebook for awhile, admiring her and all of her talent. I wanted to get my eyebrows micro—bladed but was nervous to have anything like that done. (I don’t even have a tattoo lol) I actually purchased the service in August last year at the fair. Well I finally did it and it’s been about 2 1/2 weeks. I absolutely love them. They look so natural. Kassi is amazing. If you are nervous about having yours done you have to go see Kassi. She’s a wonderful human being with an amazing talent . Don’t walk around hating your brows. She’ll make you look and feel beautiful 😊

Tracey does all of my waxing, and Kassi did my makeup for a red carpet event. First off, the space is gorgeous, and you will feel so comfortable here. You can tell there was a lot of work put in to the aesthetic and overall vibe of the place and all of the rooms. Tracey is absolutely incredible. I’ve been going to her for a few months now and always look forward to our sessions even though waxing isn’t the most comfortable thing lol she is a really good conversationalist, and I never feel awkward or uncomfortable. I’m so happy I found her and will continue to come to her regularly for wax appointments. She actually introduced me to Kassi whenever I needed to get my make up done for a big event. Kassi did an incredible job and took my in on short notice. I’ve had my make up done a couple of times by other people and never really loved how it turned out. Kassi is a makeup & beauty guru. She knows what she’s doing. She knows which colors to choose and her make up services offer a fantastic deal where you’re able to walk home with some new products. She absolutely made me glow, and I wish I had let her style my hair and not gone to dry bar because they did a terrible job with my hair lol I cannot recommend this salon enough!!

I’m in love with my new brows! I was so nervous about getting microblading done to my brows. I feared that it would hurt. I was wrong. Kassi made sure to numb the area and continuously checked in with me throughout the process to make sure I remained comfortable. I feared that I wouldn’t like them and regret getting them done. I was so wrong. Kassi asked me question about my lifestyle, like how many days per week that I wear makeup, and then advised me on which option (Microblading vs microshading) would work best for me. She worked tirelessly to make sure I was happy before, during, and after the appointment. Kassi was so quick to answer my questions and made sure that I had the information and supplies that I needed for good aftercare.

Kassi has an amazing personality that made me instantly feel like we were friends. She was extremely patient with my indecisiveness and help me feel at ease. I have wanted to do my brows for awhile and called the same day and she got me in. I decided to go with the temporary Henna brow first and I loved it so much that I am now doing the permanent. I highly recommend her!

I saw Kassi this week to get my brows and lips done and also a makeup lesson. She is so personable and so nice and I had so much fun getting to know her! I’m so pleased with my eyebrows that I got on July 23 2023, I got the micro blading and shading technique for a more natural look. I’m 51 and I’ve noticed as I’m getting older I’m losing my eyebrows on the outer corners. Kassie took the time to really make me feel comfortable and really numb me up because I was scared, I have really sensitive skin. I wasn’t even pink on the first day, and this picture with the makeup is the third day. Kassie really takes time to explain how to take care of them and what to expect as the healing process continues day by day. She sends you home with a care package. I will definitely be back for more services and I already have co workers and friends wanted theirs done.

Kassi made me feel so comfortable!! This was my first time doing any type of Tattoo anything, and she did my brows! What a difference!! I went from nothing to feeling great about them! She’s awesome!! I’m going for my perfecting session, and realized I do want a little more added, I was afraid that it was going to be too much and she did not go overboard!

Makeup class It’s never too late to teach an old dog new tricks! I signed me and my teenage daughter up for a makeup class and we both absolutely loved it. It was such a great bonding experience. I’m 40 and I regularly wear makeup but I wanted to learn contouring and how to pick the correct foundation for my skin tone, type, and aging issues. My teen is 15 and wanted to learn techniques to mimic her favorite k-pop musicians. Not only did we learn new techniques on makeup application in the style that we preferred, Kassi spent time talking with us about skincare products to prevent and reverse damage. She explained the different ingredients found in skincare product, what each one does, and why they are important. Best of all, she explained the order to apply the products to achieve the maximum benefits of each. Kassi welcomed questions and never made us feel stupid for not knowing something. We both walked away with a new-found confidence and appreciation for the beautiful skin we’re in. Perfect for mother-child, ladies night out, birthday experience, or to celebrate a transition to a new stage of life. Regardless of your experience level, you can learn so much from Kassi. Not only was it affordable, Kassi applied a portion of our fee toward the purchase of new makeup so we could continue our journey at home.

Tried stopping by for a brow wax during normal business hours... No answer at the locked door.. Tried calling… no answer. Also, no way to leave a message. A complete waste of my time. Edit: I recommend putting “by appointment only” part on google and your website.

Kassi, is Awesome and Amazing!!!! I would give Kassi, 10 stars if it allowed it. Kassi, puts you at ease as soon as you walk in the door. I felt more like a Sister , catching up than a Client. i’ve been getting permanent makeup for years in san francisco in order to keep my day to day eyeliner and eyebrow routine easier. i hadn’t found a particular, competent person in louisville however. but kassi is it. she’s smart, intuitive, perfectionistic, and so easy to just rely upon. and she’s interesting and fun. her studio is comfy and easy to relax in. she’s just great. highly highly recommend for you interested in enhancing your looks and easing your routine. ❤️
