Everything about this experience was AMAZING! I love love love my brows, I left with no redness, it didn't hurt, Jenise is an absolute pleasure and very knowledgeable about skin care and hair removal. I've already set up my next appointment and can't imagine going anywhere else! 5 stars+ I have been going here for months now and my review about still stands 100% UPDATE: I've been going here for 6+ months now and still feel the same. Great service!

This experience was Amazing! It was my Birthday weekend and l had no clue what l was about to encounter. My very first facial and it was wonderful. It was a surprise booking on a Sunday so l felt extra special because she's closed on Sundays. The atmosphere was so warming and relaxing. The massage almost put me to sleep. Jenise was Everything!! I booked my next facial already. Thank you Thank you ❤️

This was my first time getting a facial and I was not disappointed. Jenise was amazing. On her paperwork it asks whether you want quiet or conversation, which I thought was really nice. We had great conversations! I got a facial and massage and both were awesome. I will go back to her anytime I want a massage, facial, or anything else she provides.

I absolutely love Jenise the first time I met her I knew she’d be someone that I would continue to book with for services; not only was she professional and informative but her energy and vibe was something I needed. I felt like I’d known her for years given the way that she was able to engage me in conversation and make me feel comfortable. I had Microblading done today. Now I love my eyebrows! I’m hypothyroid and my eyebrows virtually disappeared about 10 years ago. So happy with microblading. Jenise is an absolute joy. She made me feel comfortable, listened to my input, and answered all my questions thoroughly. What an artist! She designed my brows perfectly. I am 100% satisfied with her work. She takes great precaution to assure all safety measures are taken, and genuinely cares about each client’s result. She called to check on me after each microblading session, to make sure I was satisfied! Best money I’ve spent in awhile! I’m incredibly impressed. If you’re thinking about having your eyebrows microbladed, call Jenise and talk to her about it. It’s like talking to the sister you never knew you needed. She is so easygoing and kind! Ms. Jenise is a very nice person and she does a wonderful job. She was able to make my face feel the best that it has since going into remission of my cancer. Now I just have to get the items that I ordered to keep that wonderful feel on my face going. I will be going back.

I've only gotten my Eyebrows waxed 2 or 3 times in my life and each time I've broken out in a rash, swelling and redness that's lasted for weeks. So I had decided to go to WOW Spa...Best decision I had ever made. Fortunately for me the care and treatment given to me at WOW Spa, my reaction only lasted less than a day. Janice, the owner made sure there wasn't any reaction before I left. She also gave me tips on what to do if there were any later on. And it worked 😄. I took her advice and there was very little to no rash and the redness was also gone. You see my skin is very sensitive. So you probably can see why I'm so overjoyed that I've finally found a great place, with a wonderful owner, where I can get my eyebrows waxed and not have to worry about it being swollen or having rashes or redness. Now I look and feel beautiful ☺️.

Love this place! The owner was very understanding and patient despite me being 1.5 hours late for my appointment causing her to have to rearrange her entire day 😑 I had my eyebrows microbladed and she done a fabulous job despite me acting like a total baby!! Highly recommend this place.

Today was my second visit to Louisville WOW Spa, and it won’t be my last! Jenise is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Waxing can be a very tense and painful experience, but she always keeps me laughing through it! Her facial treatments leave my skin feeling soft and radiant.
