I had the good luck to have Riyeon Kim as my injector. She was very knowledgeable and let me know all of my options and taught me a lot about the different toxins used. She was gentle and kind. It felt as if I had a friend injecting me. She is a GEM of a person! The facility is beautiful and comfortable and easy to find. I loved it and will definitely be back.

I went to this place for the first time for a Botox treatment and I was blown away with the treatment and high quality services. The place is gorgeous and super clean, the nursery who did the work is highly educated, graduated from Columbia University. She is not only a great professional but also super kind, she took the time to explain everything to me, but also she took the time to listen to me and match the treatment based on my needs. She was very kind and she has angels hand, I did not feel any pain. Also, before starting the application she made sure to show me the product she was going to apply and opened the box in front of me. To show the integrity and quality of the product & service. I felt so safe and confident which extremely important to me, since it was my first time and I was little insecure. The result of the treatment takes approximately 2 weeks to show the visual effects. I’m writing this review a week later and I already see a big positive change on my face. I had deep marks on the 11 area (between eyes brows) that bothered me so much, it’s practically gone now. Yet, it kept the feature of my face natural. One of my requirements was to keep it natural. I feel younger and more confident. I’m extremely happy with the results and will definitely recommend this place.

Riyeion was vert informative during virtual appointment that i wndwd up scheduling appointment. So, i went for my first appointment although I was very nervous ahe went through every step of process. The environment was confortable and her tone was calming. Of course considering slight swelling which I was informed of the change was consideranly notieceable. I cannot wait to see final results after swelling.

Ladies beware. LovMed Spa is not the business that has all the great reviews. You can see they uploaded their logo 3 weeks ago and from my attachment the radiant beauty logo is still there (they prob forgot to delete that one lol) as 4 weeks ago this page was radiant beauty! Google is investigating it to return this Google reviews account back to Radiant Beauty. Beware and don’t be fooled you don’t know who is providing you injection services at this new place, the qualification of injector and authenticity of products. If they are so unethical as to steal another business review account , it makes you wonder what to expect else ?!

Your website and schedule on Google Maps say the clinic is opened on Saturdays. I called to book an appointment for a Groupon voucher and the representative said I cannot book on Saturdays. It would be nice if the clinic could update the schedule so that other people won't have to spend their time trying to get a refund for Groupon purchases that can't be redeemed.

I've been getting Xeomin for 4 years now and decided to try a new place , I bought 40 units on Groupon. Came to Brooklyn location and was a little bit skeptical. I used to come back for a follow-up with my old injector. Dr. May did everything quickly, and everything looks great now in 2 weeks. I dont even need touch-ups, and this was the first time Dr. saw me in her life. That's a great professional. I will definitely come back. Highly recommend.

The staff at the desk were friendly, but the technician was super detached, on her phone and gave the impression that doing the treatment was an annoyance. There were issues with the bathroom lock so I had to go wash my face in a public bathroom on a finer floor which felt a little gross. I had some concerns about RF and facial fat and wanted some explanation and the technician just stared at me blankly and asked me what I wanted to do then. I replied I didn’t know and that as she was the technician she could guide me. She only did one pass on my face and immediately went back to her phone. I was given no after care instructions until I asked. I contacted the business after the owner responded but I was unable to catch her on the phone because of a hectic week and then got no response again after. Maybe the other locations are good and the other technicians are better but I would not recommend getting RF Microneedling here at the BK location. In general my skin always feels and looks amazing after Microneedling do I wanted to try RF for added tightening. My skin never looked good after as it does with normal Microneedling and I feel it is actually more lax. Maybe the fact that the technician only did one pass has something to do with that. Overall regrettable purchase and experience and feel very insecure about the treatment.
