They do an excellent job of clipping my toe nails. Especially one nail which has separated from the nail bed.

I am leaving at three out of fairness as I have not received services here. I came in today and it was empty which was kind of exciting because I was hoping to get a pedicure and wouldn’t have to wait in line. But then I didn’t see anybody so I said “hello” a few times and walked down the hallway a little bit and said “hello” and I could hear people talking but I didn’t see anybody. So I walked back up front and waited and then I walked back down the hallway, a little bit father, and continued to hear people talking and I said “hello” and the lady responded and said she was in “teatime” and I said OK and she said she would be right with me and I asked her was she the only one working and she said yes and said “I’ll be right with you love.” I understand everybody gets busy and I don’t know what happened today if somebody called out or whatever it was but it is a little bit frustrating to walk in and can’t find anybody. I also couldn’t find any prices even though I looked online and the Facebook page. I’m not going to drag this company through the mud. Maybe it’s just an off day. I would like to say though that as a new customer, I have no idea what “teatime” means other than reading the sign in the hallway. I do think there should be some type of sign up front just letting people know that if there’s nobody out there then guide them on what to do. I’m willing to change my review if somebody wants to reach out to me. But what’s even more frustrating is that I’m typically not off during the week and I was today and I haven’t had a pedicure in a while because I am picky about where I go and for this to happen it just kind of makes me laugh a little bit *sighs* lol.

Amy has been doing my nails for over a decade. I followed her here. I'll follow her anywhere. The salon is beautiful! Clean! Sanitary! Friendly! Still has a new smell. GET IN ON THE GROUND FLOOR!! This place is going to book up FAST! Word of mouth is king 😀

New location is beautiful and very easy access! Relaxing, safe, and your feet will feel so rejuvenated after a treatment! Great staff, lively and beyond great costumer service. This is my new monthly mini vacation. :)

We recently moved to the East side and was helping my wife find a salon close to our new place. We came here and the manager (at least it seemed like thats what he was) was polite but there were no stylists so he gave us the number of a stylist to set up an appointment saying that she would be back in about an hour and to call beforehand. We call the number and there was no answer. We go back and the stylist says she will not be available until 7pm which is fine. No appointment so we understand that they have others. We arrive at 7pm and the stylist is really friendly. My wife asked to cut only 3 fingers or enough to where all her damaged hair is gone. She also makes sure to tell her even it out so both sides are the same length as well as the back. The cut took maybe 10 minutes at most and it seemed like everything was good until my wife washed her hair the next day. She has slightly curly hair but once she brushed it straight she noticed that one side was longer than the other making her hair look lopsided. We tried to contact the stylist 3 times that day to see if we could set up an appointment just to even it out and there was no answer. She did try calling back but we missed the call I admit. Either way we were set on just going back there the next day. My wife goes back the next day and the stylist isn't there but she explained to the man that was there before (again not sure if he is the manager) that she wanted to see if she could get here hair evened out and that she tried calling the stylist but there was no answer. He apologized and tried getting in contact with her but there was no answer. There was another stylist there so my wife asked ifaybe she could even it out for her. The man said she could but the stylist said she could not becuase she was not available until after 9PM. The place was empty... and she was sitting on the chair with her phone out... it would have taken her 5 minutes to even out my wife's hair but she decided not to. Great show of respect for a new customer... we definitely will not be going back. Thank you to the man who at least tried helping out out.

Had a blast here today and I ended up looking phenomenal! I spent a few hours here because Sarah was behind but she never stopped making sure I was ok and taken care of. I loved my experience here so much and can't wait to come back!! Highly recommend!
