I got my eyebrows done before vacation and they were absolutely horrendous. It looks like it was the first time she has ever done brows. Stray hairs were left over the shape was terrible & uneven. Waste of time & money. I honestly don’t know how this is a buisness.

They did a nice job with the shape and good technique because it barely hurt, BUT … Super unhygienic. When I walked in, the one employee was finishing someone else’s eyebrows. She then rung her out — touching the screens and payment — and then didn’t sanitize her hands at all before starting on my eyebrows. So unsanitary! Beyond that, she sat me down in the same chair the previous girl had been in seconds prior. No wipe down and it was still warm. There were 2 other chairs she could have put me in or wiped it down but she didn’t. Lastly, she used the eyebrow comb and scissors she had used on the last girl — without sanitizing them! The barbicide was right there but she didn’t use it (didn’t even have anything in the jar). I have been to lots of eyebrow threading places across the country (varying in quality) but NEVER had anyone not at least sanitize their hands and use clean tools! I won’t be back. For anyone wondering, yes, I absolutely could have said something. But it would have been very awkward and there is always the fear that the worker will get upset and ruin your eyebrows. Maybe that’s just me.

Horrible service!! I asked to clean up eyebrows lightly and stated I like to keep them thick but she took a huge chunk from my right eyebrow and missed the left side of my eyebrow messy. I mentioned that she took off ALOT more than she should have and she told me if I didn’t like it to go somewhere else! SHE WAS SO RUDE and gave me horrible service.

This is my last time coming here. A couple months ago I came, and the one lady took a chunk of my eyebrow off. I came here today hoping the other woman worked and she wasn’t but I explained I want my eyebrows THINNER and explained please not to rush since last time they took a chunk out and she saw my left eyebrow where it was still growing back and she would barely thread it and said “you can color it in until the rest grows back” I said no I want my eyebrows thinner so they can both grow back the same. She did not do that and I got up and said I’m going to go somewhere else. And I’m taking pictures so they make sure they give me a refund

!!! stay away for threading !!! Horrible quality. Got my (Male) eyebrows threaded and they clearly cut downwards leaving a HUGE slant to my right eyebrow while my left was perfectly straight. I told them this was unacceptable and to try to even it out but THEY MADE IT WORSE. I now have a downturn to my right eyebrow as if I’m an angry cartoon… but on the right half of my face. Will never return here.
