I highly highly recommend using Nachelle. I came in this past Saturday to get a Brazilian blow out, she did a phenomenal job. She took her time, explained the process, and gave me the tips to upkeep it. I have not found someone in San Antonio that does a job as good as hers. Priscilla trimmed and styled my hair after, she is also talented and I recommend.

Josie is the best! Always patient with my kiddos, one of which has communication issues. Their hair is always on point and she did a great job with my hair which is on the wavy/curly side and has seen a lot of botched hair cuts! My fam will continue to be clients!! Update: 1/2/25- Josie is still the best and the staff is still great! We were greeted and offered water when we got in. We will continue to be clients!!

Nachelle did an absolute amazing job! My mom and I were beyond impressed by both her work and welcoming demeanor. My mom and I both got layered haircuts with blowouts. For anyone wanting a new hair stylist, we cannot recommend her enough. Thank you Nachelle and we will be back more!

I’ve been going to Josie for my haircuts, color, and now highlights🤩for the past few years, and she never disappoints! This was my fourth appointment with her, and once again, she did an amazing job. Josie has incredible customer service—always on time, welcoming with a smile, and such a positive attitude. I explain what I’m looking for, and she always makes it happen perfectly. While it may be up in price, I always leave feeling like a million bucks, so I don’t mind paying for great service and an awesome outcome for my hair. If you're looking for a stylist who consistently delivers, Josie is the one! I’ll definitely be back!

This is my second time going to Joise for my curly cuts and she never disappoints. I'm trying to focus on length retention so today we cut most of the damaged hair off. She also knows what she's doing when she's reshaping. Both times I had my hair cut with it brushed out and dry (my preference) and when I do my wash and go, my curl shape is so cute. Definitely making her my stylist! Lastly, the staff is super sweet and friendly 😊

I have been going to Love @ First Style for close to 5 years. The staff are some of the kindest people I've ever met. The salon's environment is so calm, peaceful and welcoming. It's a very inviting place to unwind and you'll leave looking your absolute best! Make sure if you go you get in Josie's chair. She is a phenomenal stylist. If she can make me look good, she'll make you look like the King or Queen that you are! lol Seriously though, she is a genuine and talented woman who will take the absolute best care of you. God willing she will be the last hair stylist that I will ever have.

Before visiting the salon, I inquired about walk-in appointments and was pleased they accommodated me. I specifically confirmed with the stylist that she could create big layers, which she assured me she could. Upon arrival, I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I desired, and she confidently claimed she could achieve it. I expressed my past disappointments with other salons, emphasizing the importance of having noticeable layers. However, despite her assurances, I left feeling heartbroken as my hair lacked the desired layers once again. The stylist suggested that the layers would be visible when styled, but even without styling, they should have been evident. I will share images of my actual hairstyle compared to the desired one for you to judge.

HORRIBLE! I had booked an appointment for today and when I came in the lady at the front was super mean she keeped on saying that my hair was super oily and it looked ugly. I had asked for a trim and she gave me a pixy! She keeped saying that it looked way better and she also had long nails so it keeped poking my head and my eyes. Over all don't go here! Because I am NEVER going here AGAIN.

Forgot to review it the day I went there but had a great experience. The staff were all cool and friendly, the salon itself was trendy and welcoming, and bleaching my hair came out great. Josie took the time and effort to fix a particularly green spot in my hair and fixed some parts of my hair that were uneven when I cut it myself. Everyone was super friendly and Id recommend it to anyone, so much that I made this my first review lol.

Had an appointment scheduled for 9AM with Michelle. I hate being late to anything, so I made sure I was extra early and waited until the salon opened. I was told my stylist would be on their way, so I continued to wait for 30 minutes. No show up. I was just looking forward to a measly trim and some bangs and couldn’t even get that. A stylist tried to make room for me, but in that process another stylist had said “ it pisses her off” because it ruined the rest of her bookings. I ended up just walking out. Extremely disappointed. It was the one thing that I was looking forward to today.

Over 700.00 for my daughter and myself to get highlights. My daughters hair is short and they charged her extra because she has ethnic hair; it’s on the receipt. When hair services are going to do more than Asked they should tell you.

Celene you got a new client with my sister. A lil back story so we lost our dad to covid and it's been a very difficult year for my 13 year old sister she's been suicidal and in psych hospital. when the school told her she couldn't have the bright red color she was bummed out bc she said color is how she expressed herself. So that's why I say your truly God sent. She woke up crying bc she said the color we attempted to do ourselves at home reminded her of when my dad was around. She has not wanted to go back to school but she miracoulsly wanted to go back today after getting her hair done professionally hehe. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for doing the work you do! You make us ladies happy. I'm so glad this business is open as early as it and so prompt in responding to messages bc I literally messaged them at 9am and celene took us in immediately. I know alot of good salons don't accept walk ins! There's so much good talent Here! P.s. to the owner we love and appreciate your music in the background. It made it that more special! Thank you Celine for my new hair. I have never been to a hair salon and was always skeptical of some touching my hair but I decided to give this place a call. I called the shop and when setting an appointment I didn’t know how long it would be for what I wanted or how much, but I was able to send the stylist pictures and got a quote and appointment set up in no time. Loved the service and will definitely be coming back! Thank you for my beautiful birthday haircut 😊
