As a woman in my early 60s Love Lane Spa was my first experience of any sort of hair removal services. Alaina was so sweet and kind and gentle. She did everything possible to make me comfortable and put me at ease. I had the sugaring service and have been highly pleased with the results. I will be back in a few weeks to keep everything feeling smooth and looking beautiful!!

Met the owner and she invited me in to have a spa day. I tried some lemongrass on the oxygen bar. I felt it open up my chest for better circulation and I also got my first professional massage by the massage therapist Von. They operate by appointment only but often take same day appointments. That works great for my work schedule. I can say they’ve gained a new member as that was a no brainer after the amazing customer service. Can’t wait for my next appointment. Thanks Laine.

She does amazing Brazilians (she doesn't use wax for the brazilian she does a process called sugaring)(sugaring hurts a lot less than waxing, minimal pain). Love her exfoliating brushes and her shops atmosphere! This is my 3rd/4th brazilian, and I will definitely continue to book 👍🏽. Update: I have now moved on to laser hair removal and its a 10/10! The pain is a quick sting and after a few sessions, im almost hairless! I'm super happy with the results. She is still the best! Even when im hairless, I will come back for SOMETHING she has to offer!

Alaina and Love Laine are bar none in the Memphis area for waxing services. She is so friendly and easy to talk to. She makes you so comfortable! Sugaring is the way to go! Once you sugar you will NEVER go back to traditional waxing. Trust me! Alaina is an absolute professional and master of her craft.

My very first time getting my sugaring I was so nervous but she made sure that my session was an experience to remember. She creates a calm environment which makes the process smooth and relaxing. Alaina is THE BEST sugaring waxer I’ve ever been to! I’ve tried a couple of the sugaring establishments in Memphis, and I’m posting this one week later with results that look like I STILL just got waxed! If you’re on the edge, please just schedule your sesh with Alaina. She makes you feel very comfortable, and not to mention her space is so cozy. She also educated me on my skin and spent some extra time on skincare for me. You won’t find this kind of treatment anywhere else!

My first experience with the owner was a Brazilian sugar waxing. The setting is clean and quiet and she has her own sauna! She said it doesn’t get used much so give it a try! It’s great for health! I was appreciative to catch her around the holidays , Christmas to be exact. Everything was booked and she nearly was as well but I caught her by a hair lol. She is super informative and as others stated she definitely cares about perfecting her craft. I love that she has not only organic products, but products that we can also use daily for daily irritations (such as ingrowns ).I purchased the “Get That Bump Outta Here” and it definitely works within the same day if not few hours. Of course applied to clean skin. I am someone who is inconsistent with exfoliating, so to help me get on it she even threw in a goody🤣🫶🏽. Her spirit is awesome. Me being in my early 20s , it is cool that this is somewhere I can see myself being educated as I continue to come to her. She doesn’t have 30 different women working with her , so you can’t beat the authenticity and attention to detail with this owner! You will love it! 💕

This was a super pleasant experience. She is amazing and fantastic at what she does! I am glad to see a beautiful black woman bringing us something so vibrant and game changing. As the owner of my own small business I totally applaud how her establishment is set-up and run. I went there for a 45 minute sauna sessions. The sauna itself was excellent, very clean and very well maintained. There was bottled water and a large supply of clean white towels. Also a large screen televison for viewing and bluetooth so you can listen to your own selection of music should you choose to. The temperature in the sauna reach a temperature of 130°F/54°C. It was perfect, but I think for me 150°F/65°C would be the best. I will be scheduling two back to back 45 mintues session once I complete this review. One last thing, the price is well beyond reasonable and well within anyones budget. I highly recommend the sauna service. Overall I give this establishment 10 stars.
