Tina, I have every right to update this review as many times as I would like. I never had “excuses” as to why I couldn’t come in, I had legitimate reasons. You continuing to respond in such an unprofessional manner only further legitimizes my review and is the exact reason why I didn’t come back to your establishment. It has been four months since the IPL Photofacial procedure at this location severely damaged my skin, and I am still struggling to come to terms with the changes to my face, as there has been little to no improvement. Immediately after the procedure, I panicked because I could tell something was wrong—I had deep indents running across my entire face. When I reported this to the company, they dismissed my concerns with phrases like, “That’s normal, trust the process.” Hoping things would improve, I waited, but when the large indents finally subsided, they left behind what now resembles acne scarring (despite never having had acne), new wrinkles and lines on my cheeks, and an orange peel texture. After posting my initial review, Jessica, the technician who performed the procedure, messaged me to argue that these issues were preexisting. Her response was not only unprofessional and rude but also blatantly untrue. To make matters worse, the owner’s response to my original review further highlights how unprofessional this business is. They stated, “ONE treatment isn’t going to fix what’s going on,” despite the fact that nothing was ever “going on” with my face prior to this treatment. I only decided to do the procedure to address some very light sun spots. I firmly believe that incorrect settings were used for my skin type, resulting in significant damage. While I hope my skin will recover over time, the research I’ve done online suggests otherwise. These types of side effects are unfortunately very common with heated or laser treatments, as evidenced by the thousands of similar stories shared online. If you are considering this type of procedure, I strongly urge you to avoid this place. The staff are not only careless but also rude and dismissive, and the culture of this establishment is deeply unprofessional.

I absolutely love how every time I walk in I am greeted with such enthusiasm by everyone. Madalene is the RN who has helped me achieve and maintain my skin goals. She completely takes her time and explains everything during every treatment. Bella the receptionist is delightful and so graceful. She is so helpful with getting me scheduled and making sure I have all that is needed for pre and post treatments. I would recommend this place if you are wanting to start a beautiful skin journey.

The RN, Cassidy, was incredibly skilled, attentive, and thorough—she ensured every part of the procedure was textbook perfect. She made sure I was comfortable throughout and addressed all my concerns. The owner, Tina, also checked in with me multiple times, making me feel valued as a patient. The spa was spotless, with state-of-the-art equipment, and the entire staff was kind and professional. I highly recommend Love Laser & Med Spa for anyone considering Morpheus8!

I cannot recommend Cassidy enough! She did my lip filler and I am absolutely in love with the results. My lips have never looked this good. Her technique is flawless, and the results are both stunning and natural. If you’re considering getting fillers, Cassidy is 100% the person to trust. I was a little hesitant to do anything because I didn’t want it to change my appearance. Love Laser put filler in my cheeks and chin and did an amazing job. I feel so much better/ brighter and more confident than I realized I would. They were so kind and I feel they gave me the best advice for me and for what was going to look the best. I Went to my first appointment yesterday for laser hair removal treatment. The office was beautiful & so clean. The staff was was friendly & beyond helpful. I felt so comfortable receiving treatment & it was affordable. The respect and privacy they also give you was very much appreciated when dressing down for treatment. Unfortunately I’ve only been to med spas where that’s not a thing. This was my very first experience where they gave me a robe for privacy, wash cloths and wipes for washing and wiping gel away from laser treatment. I truly appreciate the service I received yesterday. I will be back finishing all my new and existing treatments with love laser & med spa. Thank you ladies for a great experience!

Amazing IPL Treatment with Jessica! I recently had an IPL treatment done on my face by Jessica, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! I’ve had this treatment before, but her expertise really stood out. She took the time to choose the best settings for my skin type, resulting in the best results I’ve ever had with it. My brown spots have faded so much with just one session & I have 2 more treatments to go! If you’re considering IPL, I highly recommend both the treatment and Jessica.

I originally went in to get Botox in my forehead area because I get a lot of sinus infections. A promotional was offered to me I decided to go ahead and get my crows feet done as well. This was the best thing I could have done. My sinus headaches are gone and I don’t crease my eyebrows so much anymore. The creases(elevens) in between my eyes were becoming extremely deep. I also had my crows feet in the corner of my eyes done. The clinic was very clean, and the staff was great. Angel was my nurse and she knew exactly what she was doing. She did a great job! I will definitely go back for more treatments. I am happy with my results.

I was in on Saturday I do drive about 3 hours to come to this spa the customer service is absolutely amazing Tina is so kind and sweet. My aesthetic nurses was Angel and hands down she was the best injector I have had in the last 15 years she was absolutely amazing and did a beautiful job. Thank you ladies

I went in exactly 2 weeks because my forehead was looking very shar-pei like. Wrinkly & crinkly. And today I am wrinkle free!! Woo Hoo!! It does take time to work its magic but be ready for pure confidence when it all sinks in. I feel beautiful! 10/10 recommend this place for Botox! It was my first time getting Botox and Bella and Tati were both so kind and welcoming. Tati did my injection and she was very gentle and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Very cute med spa and relaxed environment.

I was going in to get my underarms lasered in hopes of having the hair removed. The first two sessions were great until my third. I was very specific in telling the technician about being careful not to let the laser touch the tattoos on the back of my arm. She was being careless, or just wasn’t paying close enough attention I suppose, and ended up hitting my tattoo with the laser. As soon as it happened I felt a sharp burn and asked her if she touched my tattoo, to which she replied “no, it was just the pillowcase, your tattoo is fine”. The mistake is one thing, everyone makes mistakes, but lying to cover it up and not owning up to the mistake is much worse. My skin is permanently scarred and damaged from her mistake. My tattoo is permanently altered, and the skin won’t ever look the same again. Not only that, another disappointment is that the hair completely came back. I was hoping for at least a little bit of progress after 3 sessions but nope. It’s all back. When I canceled my future appointments at love laser, the owner called me and offered no remorse for the mistake on their part, but only offered for me to come back to see a different person. I was not offered any refunds or anything for their mistake. Highly disappointing. Please don’t go there for laser hair removal if you have tattoos.

I've been all over Albuquerque for Botox. The special attention to detail from Tatiana was exceptional & gave me the most results for the amount of product used. Other places want to use as much product ss post and they don't cover the areas that I really needed it. Tatiana explained to me that placement is everything. She was able to target the areas that needed it and accomplish the same results with half the product meaning half the cost.

Linda is very patient, and very very helpful. The office was clean, and the gentle men at the front desk was very helpful. Everyone takes their time. If you want a professional team you get every single time. Linda will guide you on what will work for you, and what won't work. So if you want honest people to work on your face I recommend them strongly.

My experience at Love Laser was amazing and unlike any med spa experience I’ve had! I love the feel and vibe of the spa and the staff are so kind. Tina was so friendly and welcoming as I walked in as well as the front desk receptionist. Tatiana who did my Botox was also incredibly kind and thorough!
