Ginger did an amazing job. She eased my nerves. She told me the process as she did it and I feel like the results are fabulous. I'm one of those people when I do something I start to obsess about how I can do more I won't but I'm already excited for my next appointment with her for whatever the next procedure is. My lips look very natural according to what I really look like.

I love my lips! TJ did an amazing job! She and Ginger explained all potential side effects, talked me through my options as to which filler was best for me as well as how much was needed for best end results. While I was getting injected TJ talked me through every stage which made me less anxious and helped with remaining relaxed. This has been my least painful injections to date. The numbing cream is great! Both TJ and Ginger were very helpful and informative. I definitely recommend and will book a next appointment! Thank you ladies.

Love Medical Spa changed my life. I had chronic headaches and Migraines daily, they also gave me 11 lines that made me look angry all the time. I squinted so much in the light because my head hurt so bad. I had excruciating jaw pain as well, which resulted in only eating certain foods. Also, Having teeth that were not in the best shape from grinding all the time. I have now been able to go to the dentist and get work done, because I can actually open my mouth enough with out tears at each appt. I called Lovr Spa and Ginger immediately gave me the first opening and educated me on so many things botox can help. I had KNOW idea I would leave not having any pain, and wake up and realized, wait.... my head didn't hurt. I brought up my jaw pain and Ginger gave me so much medical advice, which everyone should know. Botox is a cure for all things. I'm not joking. I think it should be talked about more. It's not just got beauty. It's life changing. I called Ginger to give an update and I was in tears. She was so happy for me. Darcy is the best!!! She made me feel at home right away. I walked in and it felt like I knew I picked the right place. I was very excited about the process. And ...I didn't know how much this actually was going to do for me. I recommend the Love Spa over any other place. I'm going back for another treatment sin for my neck pain. I will update you all!!! Give Ginger a call and ask your questions. My first time getting lip filler and my experience was amazing! Felt super welcomed as soon as I walked in, Ginger at the front desk was amazing and Darcy made sure I was super comfortable and helped me with what I wanted as my result :) I went in only wanting .5-.7ml of filler, and Darcy told me I would not regret getting the full.. so I did it & now I want even more 😂 Thank you so much ladies!! Totally recommend this place to anyone wondering.

Went to Maddi and few months ago for microdermabrasion. So worth it, my skin is glowing. Maddi did such a great job explaining the whole process to me. Didn’t try to upsell me products, only recommended what I need. 10/10 recommend and trust Maddi!

The initial appointment setting experience was lovely. However, they completely injected the entire wrong part of my face with Botox! I requested a specific service and they made it clear they knew what they were doing. It was simple. I just wanted to correct my droopy smile/ frown. They assured me it was an easy fix with some Botox to relax certain muscles to bring the corners of my mouth back up to a smiling position more. But they literally injected the top part of my mouth and also put a few units in the center of my chin which caused it to move very unnaturally. I knew something was wrong and wondered why they put Botox in my upper lip at all(some even stabbed into my actual lip) and after speaking to a nurse friend and her telling me/educating me that this was NOT correct and that they should have hit completely different muscles on the bottom of my mouth I reached out to the staff. They admitted that they did place Botox in the wrong area and asked that I come back to fix the issue. I came back on the scheduled date and time. I even showed up early. Only to find out that everyone had left for the day. When I called to ask where everyone was they told me they were very sorry and that they would have to reschedule again after I just drove 40 minutes in gridlock traffic to have them fix something that shouldn’t of needed fixing in the first place. And to my shock and awe they weren’t willing to work with me on squeezing me in the following day to fix my face. I looked crazy. They missed muscles in my chin so only ONE part of my chin was flapping and moving around and I was starting to talk sideways! They knew this and still weren’t willing to accommodate ME. Only gave me one time option for two days out. This is unacceptable. I texted them later to ask if they could squeeze me in the next day at all and didn’t even get a response back until. Almost 24hrs later. Again not ok. How can you inject someone in the complete wrong area, cause them issues, and then not be willing to be flexible to help fix it after not even being there when you showed up for them to fix it once already. I would not suggest them for botox or much else at this point. They say they will refund me and I appreciate that but had to go somewhere else to have all of it corrected last minute before ab important trip. I’ve never experienced anything like this and I’m an avid goer. New to the area and learned my lesson. Do your research. Update! Have yet to get refunded and they are trying to blame me. Reporting to BBB and others.

Amazing experience every time! Been to so many spas in Portland and cannot recommend Love medical spa enough!! I’m 54 and look 44 because of the great work of everyone here. They give solid and valid recommendations based on your skin needs, not their profits. Ginger is always so helpful!

Ginger and Maddi made my experience so awesome and comfortable!! I don’t like needles; Maddi did such a great job injecting the botox, with zero pain! And when she did my lips w RHA2 I was even more nervous, I have never had my lips filled. She showed me a mirror after injecting, to make sure I loved what I was seeing! Maddi really cares for her customers, she doesn’t rush her job, like some experiences’ my friends have had getting fillers and Botox at other clinics. I am so pleased with the outcome, I will definitely be coming back!!!

Ginger was kind and attentive as soon as I walked in, and Maddi was clearly very knowledgeable as she walked me through what she recommended and why. This location is very clean and I was comfortable throughout my whole service. There was also very little pain, maybe a 2/10, so I highly recommend going to see Maddi for filler!

I loved my visit! The spa is in a great spot and I found parking right across the street. Ginger was so sweet and Lindsey did an amazing job on my Botox and lip flip. I’ll absolutely be back!

I really wanted to love this place but there’s just been too many red flags for me to ignore. The team is super friendly and my first experience was pleasant although my microneedling results are still undecided. However, I became concerned when my next appointment confirmation was on a post it and I received no other confirmation, or receipt that I paid ahead for my next service. When I arrived 5 minutes early to my appointment today, I was informed they were out of Botox and could only do my filler and I was asked if I could come back another time for the Botox. Irritating but they were kind about it so I was trying to be as well. That was until I waited over a half hour for my service with zero updates on when I’d be seen. When it appeared it was going to be even longer as the patient being seen requested another service, I ended up leaving. I’ve received zero follow up or even apology for the terrible service. I hope they can shore up these scheduling and professionalism issues!

I’m OBSESSED with their daily peel pads, so don’t forget to ask if you can sample a few after your treatment!! After just 3 days, my skin looked dramatically more fresh, glowy and youthful—it was amazing! I feel like they helped my AHA and Vitamin C serums penetrate deeper too. I didn’t even realize how badly my skin needed these until I tried them! These are 10000x better than any other types of exfoliating solutions or pads I’ve tried in the past, and trust me… I’ve tried a bunch of them!

Maddi was AMAZING. I’ve been thinking about getting my lips done for a while and she 100% made me feel comfortable, answered all my questions, and talked me through the procedure from start to finish. I asked Maddi to personalize my procedure only to enhance my lips. She had so much attention to detail and delivered exactly what I wanted. Her technique was incredible and did not leave any bruising. I’ll never go to anyone else. If you do make an appointment ask for Maddi! This spa is so lucky to have her.

They are so friendly and provide great service everytime I go in. They also offer different types of Botox in case one doesn't work well with you. I had that issue in the past but they're Jeaveau Botox is amazing and works so well on me. They also let me know of any discounts and offers they have going on. I would definitely recommend Love Med Spa.

They really put the love in thier works. Office is in a premier location. The person who did my microneedling is a registered nurse working at ohsu emergency room so your in GOOD hands they will take care of you in every step. Staff and the owner were super helpful and friendly. Especially being that it was my first time. Thank you love spa !! See you again soon.

This place is great. People are wonderful through every step - from making the appt to reception when I arrive and especially thru the service. I got microblading/tattooing on my eyebrows as my 1st service and they look better than they ever had. Made an appt for another type of treatment before I left the 1st appt. I never do that, but I knew this was a great place. I highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience. Everyone was super friendly and comforting throughout my entire visit to Love Med Spa for a facial. Professional, attentive, informative, and incredibly welcoming. Everything you could want and more in a provider, especially when they are working on your face!! I will definitely be back for another facial and to check out their other services!! I also appreciated how easy parking was, definitely a plus if you are driving in.

From the very second I walked in, it felt like walking into a friends house. I was greeted so warmly and instantly felt comfortable because of how welcoming Ginger and Maddi were. Ginger was even so kind as to converse with my 5 year old daughter while my procedure took place making her feel comfortable as well. Maddi was who did my lip injections. She was very professional and personable. She asked what look I was going for and executed it perfectly. The pain was hardly existent with how gentle she was. I wish I could give more stars because of the wonderful experience I had. I am obsessed with how my lips turned out and look forward to returning and recommending LOVE Medical to all of my friends!

Had eyebrow lamination for the first time and after the initial 24hrs, happy how it turned out. I now understand how all the supermodels and the female rappers always look on point. Paige also did a lash lift and she is meticulous in her technique. I happily recommend her to anyone that wants some glamour in their life.

I booked an appointment to get my lips done with Maddi. This was my second time getting filler and my first treatment at Love Medical Spa and I was beyond impressed with the high quality service and care I was provided with. The atmosphere of the spa is beautiful and warm, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly; making me feel comfortable right away. Not only was Maddi super professional, fun and easy to talk to, she thoroughly listened to what I wanted, walked me through the whole process, always made sure I was comfortable and delivered exactly the results I wanted— and more! She, and everyone here made my experience so amazing, I couldn’t stop talking to all my friends about how much I wanted to come back (even though at this moment there’s no need because my lips came out PERFECT). I’m so glad I found this spa and won’t have to look for any new business for future aesthetic treatments.

I really wanted to like this place. Everyone was incredibly friendly and it’s very clean and well decorated inside. However, I went for Botox and requested the 40 units I typically have gotten in the past- it had been a little time since I last had a treatment since I had been pregnant and breastfeeding. They did the 40 and we said I’d come back in 2 weeks if needed for additional units. I was surprised at how much movement was still happening after 2 weeks and came back for the second visit. They injected another 25 units and told me that at this point I should be completely frozen. I was a little hesitant because I had never done this much and in the past 40 had completely frozen me but I agreed because I thought maybe the time without injections had created a need for more. Well 65 units later and I still have quite a bit of movement which is really surprising considering I was expecting to be completely frozen. I called and spoke to someone about my experience and that I was disappointed and not comfortable coming back in for any additional treatment given my experience and how much we had already injected. I was told I would get a call back as I requested a partial discount since the service did not work. I have never gotten a call back or response on this. I’m not sure if it’s the experience of the injectors or the quality of the product but I will not be returning. I have had different injectors in the past and have never had anything like this happen where I had to return for more let alone still have movement.

I’m in my 40s. This is my 2nd time getting Botox. Easy setup, easy location, friendly and outgoing staff, in and out quickly. It was ideal. I’d recommend to all my friends.
