It was a nice shop but the person doing my toes took entirely tooooooo long. I was kinda confused as to why I was in the chair so long. He looked at the TV a few times but goodness. My toes weren’t done the best either. Sigh

Got my nails and hair spa done. The staff were super kind and friendly. They also took their time to make sure everything was perfect and were very detail oriented. Overall, it was a great relaxing experience and I would recommend this place.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I’ve gone to high end nails salons that haven’t had as sweet of an experience as Aristotle provides. I’ve gone to Lee and several other technicians and every time my SNS is flawless. 10 stars ⭐️

Tete was AMAZING! She did a fill in for me and I absolutely loved it. She’s really kind and had great energy. Jon did my pedicure and let me tell you how great he was. He took his time and made sure my feet were soft cleaned and looked good. I’m very satisfied

I’m so thankful they allowed me to come in right before closing and did an outstanding service!! I wasn’t rushed at all. They gave great service! I will be returning. Love my nails!!

Been coming here for years, but I just want to make a point that nail salons don’t ever offer their patrons coupons never. When nails salons first opened in Atlanta you could get some things for free, now you have to pay for everything. And they expect a tip. Given out some coupons sometimes make us feel appreciated. But all in all the service is great

I was skeptical because of the other reviews! This place is welcoming, friendly and efficient!! I came for a gel pedicure and gel full set. I was seated and they gave me different options for pedicures. I went with the Jelly pedicure because it’s Mother’s Day weekend so I decided to splurge a bit. It was worth it. While I was getting my pedicure someone was doing my full set! I was literally in and out and everyone was friendly and cracking jokes. Good vibe The owner or host I’m not sure his title; was funny and since it was pouring he was handing everyone umbrellas and being very accommodating due to the extreme weather. He was funny and bubbly. My nails came out good thanks to Mimi or mini. (I think that’s her name ) This is just my experience and so far they’re good in my book.

While delivering for Amazon, in a room full of Black women, I was told I work in “the jungle” (because it’s Amazon) and I and the other Amazon workers are “just a bunch of monkeys”. WOW.

I had my nails done last week and in less than two days ALL of my nails were coming up from the back so within a few days I went back to get them fixed and Andy told me to give him a few minutes and he was going to fix my nails he had a bad attitude pulling on my fingers and when he was done he showed a co-worker and she told me it would be 20.00 and no one said anything about money and my nails are are just as bad as they were when I got them done the first time. I will say if you want good service do not go to Love Nails

I started going here a few months ago, the shop is nice & clean. All the workers are fast yet efficient and the customer service was on point. I have never had to wait for services. The owner is great and Ive noticed that he is always quick to greet every guest as they walk through the door. Mimi is the best with nails and she is very honest and upfront with her recommendations. She definitely has an eye for nail design and is always detailed with her work. You can tell her the exact design you want and she will deliver. In addition she is always patient and friendly. Pedicures are great and tend to last for a while.Location is convenient and parking is always available. Prices are standard.

Pedicure wasn't really that good. I have to go home and basically scrub my feet. And they charge $30 for a gel polish change (no manicure) By my house charges like 15. I won't be back. They didnt tell me the price til afterwards.

Beware if this place!!!!! Unfortunately when I come here the way the tech treat certain guests is very unfair and board line racism! The nail tech in the first chair to the left when you come in is extremely rude. She yelled at me for asking questions. I sent over 2 hours getting a pedicure only to be told at the end that no one wanted to do my 1 nail repair. If you do go, ask for Amy! She’s amazing and sooo nice to work with!

Found this shop online! Specifically went here because it says full sets are $30 and up! I went and $55 dollars later I asked how much it was and she told me $45 and up. PLEASE change prices on your page. I’m so glad I had enough to cover that huge difference in price! My nails are pretty though just check price.

Got a fill in with gel and a simple design, showed a picture and a video of what I wanted.. she made several mistakes with it.. the end result needed a little chrome to be added… by last night after a shower the chrome washed off.. was it chrome tht was used or maybe it was a eye shadow but for $105 I’m not happy.. I’ve had chrome before and it never washed off within hours… pedi was ok even though it was hard communicating at first when he was hurting my toe… I’m from NY and FL and here on business not good..

I have used their services several time before, on this recent visit the nail technician wasn't able to perform his job. He had shared that he had been away for awhile dealing with the care of his mother, so I gave him extra tolerance as it was obviously that he just couldn't do the job, I overly tip as I usually do as to show that I support and enjoy the care. The service of my pedicure was awful, I was hoping that this other Technician was back off of her vacation so I went back to see could the $91.00 service I paid for could be repaired., My total bill was $91. 00 plus $15.00 tip, a total of $106.00 The seviving coordinator made a open floor scene and the employee escalated their disrespect among talking loud, and to include speaking in their natural form 😳 One of the employee came and toss to me their menue card to show me that it says you have 3 days to come back, where initial when I called before coming I was told come on in they would fix it, the coordinator supervisor said after 7 days when I walked in, I returnedon the 6th day. What I find most insulting is I have tipped on various times as much as $25.00 + $10.00 in tips along a total of $35.00, using the same technician in other words they know me. I felt soooo insulted and ashamed. The customer near me shared with me how she couldn't belive their attitude and rudness. That obviously I have been tipping the technician too much that they do not appreciate me nor do they care about us, I thought wowing thought we were pass the US vs them. 😔 It is ashamed that a dollar does not hold value, and you can not pay enough to get good service,

I went here on a Sunday around noon, was reasonably crowded but I got my nails done almost instantly and had about a 25 minute wait for my toes. It was $70 for a gel manicure ($35) and a deluxe pedicure ($35). Nothing spectacular but not bad, I’d come again. The folks around me who got acrylics & kid manicures seemed satisfied. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here too but not today, but not as impressed with that! Overall, not bad if you don’t have other options and some time to wait.

I went to get my toes done the Chinese man that can't walk needs to be FIRED! he put the THICKEST acrylic on my big toes had to go to 3 different shops to try to remove it my toe nails are damaged now won't grow DON'T go here if you want to keep your nails they are HORRIBLE!!!

I’ve been coming to this nail shop for years. They always do a great job. And unfortunately I learned my favorite tech MiMi isn’t here anymore. So if anyone could share where she moved to, that would be great! She just does the best jobs on designs I’ve ever had.

Lindsey is the best all around. She does good nails and is the greatest eyebrow tech they have! Mimi and Kelly are hands down the best nail techs. Their work is consistently of quality! As for pedicures, tread lightly as some of them are incompetent.

My coworkers and I thoroughly enjoyed Love Nails and Spa. We all got the VIP pedicure. Some received better massages than others. I also payed for a manicure. The worker did a great job, but I would've preferred a shorter french tip.

Worst manicure EVER. The lady cut my cuticles really bad. She didn’t know to cut them at all. She completely missed the cuticle on my index finger. I asked to have another person do my feet because I was afraid for her to touch me again. They didn’t offer a discount or anything, in fact they charged me more because I got a buff instead of polish. I will NEVER go back. Beware of this place.
