I have been here a few times. The last two times was after new management has taken over. I'm so happy at all the positive changes!!!! The new manager is so sweet and caring. The salon is clean and all the staff is friendly. Lili is amazing, they all are honestly. I will continue to go here.

I have changed me review, I would think that is allowed, after today's appointment. Let me say that I was pleased with the salon. It's clean and Naomi really knows how to make my nails sparkle. But, is that the only reasons to give a 5* review? I've had some issue lately. One time I showed up for my first appointment of the day and someone was already there that Naomi was taking care of. She thought I had cancelled my appointment. I decided to wait vs leaving and going back. Another time I showed up again for the first appt of the day and she wasn't there. The other gal started my nails and frankly, I'm not sure how she got her license. She hurt several of my fingers by sanding the cuticles in error vs just the nail bed. Naomi showed up 30 mins late saying she didn't see me on the books....I saw me on her book and pointed it out to her. The next appt, I called Naomi to see if I could be taken in that day vs the next morning. I called in the morning and was told to come at 2 which I did. Naomi was working on another lady when I got there and wanted me to go to the other gal. I politely refused and waited until she could take me. Then there was today. On Sundays, she opens at 11:30 which was the time of my appointment. Earlier in the week, Naomi called me and asked me if I could please come in at 11:00. I said certainly and it actually worked better into my schedule. Well, I got to the salon at 10:45 and the lights were on, but the door was locked, so I waited. At 11:10 I called but no answer. Then I called again at 11:15 and Naomi answered. First she said, no she changed the next appt and I wasn't on the book for today. Well, I know my next appointment was at 9:30 on a Monday. She said she would be at the salon in 15 mins. She showed up at 11:38 and when we went in, I saw my name on the book for today. She said, after she spoke with me, she called the other girl and confirmed she had an appointment. So, with all this being said, I've been burned enough. Naomi is great at doing nails, I'll give her that. I even like her smile and her personality, but you can't run a business when you are not dedicated to operating the business and serving your clients. I left the salon without saying much because she had a walk in come in with a young boy and I didn't want to cause a scene. However, I did walk back in and told her to cancel all future appointments.

I have lived in Sarasota for 30 years. I have visited almost every nail salon looking for a clean friendly environment. I came for a manicure and pedicure and I was so happy to see this salon using clean sanitized tools. They were so eager to please.. very nice people. I finally found The Perfect Salon. I LOVE IT.

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!! I have never written a review for anything in my life but this deserves one. Absolutely horrible service, they started by talking my sister and I into a dip set when we wanted a regular acrylic set, telling us it would be $40 and then charged us $45. My sister got the lady who seemed to be the manager, she did okay but they both took over an hour. Part way into my service, my lady (forget her name) files my SKIN so hard that I see blood. I said "ouch..." and she kept going. Filed my next finger til I bled. Continues going and by the end 4 fingers were bleeding. Tried to charge me for the full service and I said absolutely not. She ended up still charging me $25 which is ridiculous. She didn't follow proper sanitation, I'm a cosmetologist so I know how it goes. On top of that they were both ridiculously rude, answering phone calls and stopping work to talk. My nail beds were completely un damaged prior to my service, acrylics are jagged, cutting into my skin, in addition to the numerous abrasions caused by over filing. On top of that the polish doesn't even fully cover the edges of the acrylic. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL.

These gals are the absolute best and make you feel like family. They really take their time with you and you leave feeling amazing everytime. Ask for Lili she did my pink with purple but anyone you get will make you look great and feel fabulous!❤💃💅

First time customer and they were wonderful. Very friendly, efficient and my nails are beautiful. Easy to get here-don’t let the construction scare you. Totally relaxing. Highly recommend.

Just went to this salon for the first time a couple of days ago. Had a pedicure and dipping powder manicure. Friendly staff, quality work and nice atmosphere. I will definitely go back.

This place looks like a spa from the inside. Loved it and Hanah who did my nails was so kind. I got a pedicure and gel manicure and it looks so pretty! I recommended them to all my friends. Ps they have wine and soda too!

This was my second visit to Love Nail Spa, and my second time with Lili, it was just as fantastic today as it was the first time. I had the Mani&Pedi treatment, and she took such excellent care of me I will definitely return.
