First visit. Recommended by a friend. I was nervous to try a new stylist but Helen was great. Put me right at ease. The location was convenient to where I live in Jax and safe. There was plenty of parking. Prices are comparable to other salons. Appointments for mani/pedis are encouraged if you don't want to wait. Great little place. Nice staff. Highly recommend you try them out.

I went here for eyebrow waxing and ended up with a very pleasant eyebrow threading experience. The place was clean and relaxing and Helen was so nice and inviting, I will definitely be coming here again!

Loved the way my nails turned out looked just like the inspo picture! She was gentle unlike others. Also got my eyebrows waxed and loved how they turned out!

Mani turned out fine but never going back after my pedicure. She scraped my foot so hard it left scratches and is still burning the next day.

Iwent one week ago today to get a fill in and lashes spent 85.00 then a 10 dollar tip called today and told them I just got them done I mean I spent alot of money 💲 can they fix what they did 8 out of 10 of my nails are lifting my main spot I go to I don't have to get a fill in for almost 3 weeks and there half the price they just where not open I was told to call back in a hour so we will see I'll be letting u know if they fixed it with out charging me

My experience today was horrible. The lady who did my full set was very aggressive and kept stopping to text and scroll on her phone.. She seemed as though she was rushing and got upset when I asked why weren’t any prices posted in the salon for manicures and pedicures. I will not be returning…

been going here for some years now , i got my toes done this past sunday for mothers day and they started chipping 2 days later , due to me working full time i didn’t have time to go back until i was free today ( saturday ) i paid 75$ including tip and was told nothing can be done . needless to say i won’t be going back ever again , some type of correction should have been done , technically hasn’t even been a whole week until tomorrow which will be sunday , a full week . highly disappointed .

Got henna at this place is horrible and strong I received 1 degree burns from the chemicals that damaged my hand and scared me . I will never go back . My eyebrows did come it well but henna please beware. I just got back in town after leaving the day they did it and will be going back to let this company know of my damages emotionally and physically.😫😖😭

I like this salon! I switched to this salon because they remember who you are and treat you like a person instead of just money. The ladies are friendly and make good recommendations and give good advice for services. I choose polish and am aware it will chip in a few days since I have a typing job, but that’s okay since I like to change the color frequently. I always get a nice and smooth manicure/pedicure paint here and I never feel rushed or like I am bothering them. It is a nice clean place to relax. I also get eyebrow threading and it lasts longer than wax. They have fair pricing and give realistic expectations. These ladies are awesome and this salon feels like they care. Go check them out!

The first time I had services done Angela did an awesome job. The only issue I had was my polish started chipping on a few of my nails ( mind you i hadn't done anything differently than I normally do and I've been getting my nails done for the past 20+ years) I didn't make a fuss over it I scheduled an appointment a week later just for a polish change this time someone different did them..the very next day the same exact thing happened my polish started chipping now this time I bought it to Angelas attention she said we can fix it during this time they act as if though it was something I did why couldn't the polish just be old etc...I had to let them know y'all not doing anything FREE for me this is my hard earned money I'm spending but they act like they were mad 😠 I texted Angela for an appointment just know I'm still waiting for a reply. What they failed to realize my money can and will be spent somewhere else!!! Unprofessional and need improvement

Went and got nails done this past Saturday and the service was great she was very gentle and worked with me having a coughing fit unfortunately so I will chalk the paint job as such due to my coughing being the sides of the tips were not very precise as of that following Monday which is just 3 days my acrylics are starting to turn brown I have not had the chance to call for correction due to work scheduling but will be When i catch the chance and hopefully can be rectified I did spend 70 dollars on the set not for them to turn brown! It’s quite embarrassing Understood. It is first experience with matte not first time getting nails done so thank you for informing me as well as I do not smoke I did request an appointment due to my work schedule I am unable to call in
