I love this place. I used to do my eyelashes here but I just stop overall however I am still coming just for the Brazilian waxing with Noemi! They are fast they are very clean and they care about you. ! Highly recommended

Always something to talk about and building great relationships with their clients. Perfect professionalism and work. 20/10 I can always count on them to squeeze me in in case of an emergency fix. I wouldn't go elsewhere!🫶

I have taken my daughter here a few times before today. Prior to today they have done a nice job. My daughter is 15 y/0 with light hair and skin. She literally came out today looking like she had a black mustache above each eye. They look ridiculous. It is a complete thick line about the width if a pencil lead with no separation possible. On top of that, what I have paid $80-90 dollars for before I was charged $150.00. I tried to call them and they don't answer. Learn from my mistake and don't assume you will get the same quality or price if you choose to use this place. As for me we will not be back!

I used to really like this place but unfortunately there was an event that made me want to never come back. I called lovely lash glam bar Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Monday, I left multiple voice mails to try to book an appointment and never got a call back. Monday I called again and FINALLY someone answered the phone, I tried to voice my concerns and told them I was really upset that I had to call that many times just to book an appointment. Dina (the owner) was not professional at all and literally hung up on me. So because of that, I will never come back.

I have been getting my lashes done over 10 years now and when I moved to Pasadena I searched high and low for an eyelash artist. Thank God I found Dina!! Her and all her girls are seriously talented and they want you to Love your lashes! Prices are fair and the ambience is always relaxing. Highly recommend. 💛

Love this place! Got my lash lift plus tint for 60 bucks. I did this for my daughter at an out of town place and loved how they looked then did it for myself here. Other places are too expensive and it’s only the lift for over 60 dollars. I am definitely coming here again. I highly recommend this place

WOW, WOW, WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I am so impressed with this place! Marissa gave me the most beautiful lashes! I told her exactly what I wanted and she totally nailed it! She is very patient and a master at what she does! I have been to several lash techs and Marissa is by far superior with her work! I highly recommend this establishment if you want high quality lashes for an awesome price!

So I loved my lash lift.. I don’t know how long it will last but the immediate results I’m happy with.. that’s why I give them 4 stars. As for customer service, they would receive a -1. I walk in and greet them.. no one greeted me. After paperwork they give me a contact case to take my contacts out, I go back upfront and my lash lady says this way.. not “hi my name is..” I still don’t know her name. She was not very friendly. Walk into the room and she tells me lay here. That’s it. Didn’t explain the procedure or anything. She begins the process, leaves the solution on and leaves the room with the big mag lamp in my eyes. I shut it off myself.. no relaxing music.. nothing. I figured you’d get a hand and arm massage while the solution set.. of course not for the entire time.. but something. I guess I was an esthetician for 7 years.. so I know customer service and making your clients feel good. So overall, customer service was poop, but the lift went well.. for now.

I absolutely love this place, great lash quality and prices. I've tried places closer to home but this lash studio is definitely worth the drive, I highly recommend Marissa I've been going to her for the past several months and she's amazing!!

Really happy with my eyelash extensions!! Especially because 4weeks ago I had a lash lift (different salon) and my lashes were crazy but Vickie managed to still make them look awesome!!!!
