I was here for over 4 hours with only a small section of my hair being braided down. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, did not give me the size I wanted, very rude as well and when I was ready to leave they told me to wait another hour for them to cut the braids out of my hair. Terrible customer service.

Charged $250 for the messiest faux locs I have ever had installed. Incredibly rude, and when I tried telling her it wasn’t the style I wanted, she threw a fit. In addition to the locs being a mess they were so tight the ripped out my edges and pulled my hair line back. DO NOT trust this woman with your hair.

Natalie is an AMAZING braider. I have been a customer of her shop for many years. No matter where I move, I make sure to schedule appointments with her. She is quick, precise, and highly skilled. My hair always looks neat and beautiful after leaving her shop. I've gotten so many compliments on the work she's done and will continue to go back! Highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Extremely unprofessional and terrible service, I had an appointment at 3pm and she didn't even start on my hair till 5pm, she also did not call be before my appointment to let me know..I was outside her house waiting for over 2 hours. I originally wanted knotless braids which are ($250) more expensive than traditional ($160) and she gave me knotted braids KEEP IN MIND I paid $250 for KNOTLESS BRAIDS. She refuses to give me a partial refund and is completely an inconvenience and unprofessional. I completely regret going to her! DO NOT GO TO HER unless you want to be scammed !!

I’ve been to few other hair braiders in the past but no one compares to Natalie. She is very detailed, cares for your hair, and her prices are reasonable. She is the only one that can touch my hair and I’ve always left satisfied. Faithful and loyal customer over here!!!

Made an appointment to get faux locs upon arrival I chose the style according to a picture of her work. She had someone els working with her and they just kept talking the whole time! I had a headache instantly because she put too much tension on the hair. After a day the dress started to unravel and at day 2 they started to completely come out. I called her and she was remorseful but I will never go back! Plus her prices are ridiculous! $275.00 for chunky faux locs? That’s pricey for this area this isn’t LA!

Took my daughter here 2x’s..the first time she got 2 feed-in braids they weren’t neat which was partially my fault because my daughter has 4c hair and I didn’t straighten it out enough. I try again but this time I straighten my daughter hair thoroughly so we don’t have the same results BUT when we arrived this lady attempts to spray my daughter with some sort of solution she obviously mixed together due to the bottle being store bought and unlabeled...of course I speak up! Respect says ask before or tell me prior to the appointment that u prefer ur customers to be sprayed down before entering your shop! Nope! She was rude and didn’t seem to understand why what she did was wrong..needless to say to took my coins elsewhere 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️...if I could rate her at a -200 I WOULD!!🤬🤬🤬
