Have been coming here for years and have always had a great experience. The price is very accessible compared to other places and staff has always been super welcoming. I only get my eyebrows done but they always come out looking amazing! Definitely recommend.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I’ve been coming here religiously ever since they opened. Both Niki and Pinky leave my eyebrows looking beautiful. No one does it like them. People complaining about their skin turning red must not understand that can happen with threading. If you want them to take their time with your eyebrows, simply ask. Thank you to Lovely Salon for the infinite compliments I receive.

I get my eyebrows done at this place and I can say that this place is highly underrated. My old go to eyebrow salon didn’t have good customer service so switching to this location brightened up my experience. I don’t know the names of the two lovely ladies who I see everytime I go but they both deserve the best , they are quick with their work and leaves my eyebrows on FLEEK & they also carry a smile on their face with good service. Highly recommend!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I've been going here for yearss, ever since I was in 7th grade and now, I am a sophomore in college! Every single staff member has left my eyebrows looking beautiful, they make sure to shape your brows in a way that compliments your face. I recommend bringing cash as it's preferred:) Always such a lovely experience, thank you to everyone there<3

She did absolutely amazing on my eyebrows! Just took me away from my regular eyebrow threader that I have been going to for like 5 years. And she was able to handle my “problem eyebrow” (one is uneven and has less of a natural arch than the other). I truly think this is the best I’ve ever seen had them. I would add a photo but it doesn’t do it justice. I think her name was Neeta or Neeka (So sorry I forgot how you pronounced your name! If you see this, can you correct me on your name so that I can ask for you next time. I went in today between 1:45 and 2pm).

The women there are always so sweet and always remove my unwanted hair throughly with ease. I am always provided with calming oil after I am waxed was well. :) Also my upper lip waxing is affordable, 5 bucks when you pay in cash 👍 so that’s convenient. Also the place is always super clean!

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but this was the worst experience with eyebrow/lip threading I’ve ever had, and I’ve been going for several years (first time here). Aside from the poor job (a lot of spots missed that I have to fix at home), she was extremely rough and left my lip very red and irritated. Didn’t use scissors or tweezers after the threading to perfect the job, didn’t offer aloe afterwards, nothing. I was in and out of the chair within less than 2 mins. I was the only customer in the shop, so I can’t even justify why she did such a rushed and rough job. Again, hate to leave a negative review, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Asked for a Brazilian and she didn’t get my “happy trail” was rushing the whole time, and I’m patchy! Worst wax I’ve ever gotten and $60 down the drain will never go back for a wax again

I love the spot but the new lady that works there is so rude. I’ve come here for years and there is still one sweet lady who is still here since the beginning but now there is also a new one who gives you a bad look, and when asking how you’re going to pay she does it with an even worse attitude. Aside from that I was trying to pay today and it took me a bit longer than usual and she starts complaining in their language to the other lady and grunts, like yes I’m going to pay you just give me a second. I continue to come here in hopes that the lady will change her attitude but it’s always the same and to my lucky she’s the one who always does my eyebrows. That place is great but she is just not in the mood to be there.

I went to get a brazilian and I don’t know if she burned my skin or pulled the wax too many time in the upper area but now I have a scratch and it hurts. They’re not gentle with that sensitive area.

I’ve been here a couple times and I love the older lady she does a great job. On the other hand the younger bigger lady always cuts my eyebrow and leaves stray hairs. She always has a mean mugging face and is rude. I give her the benefit of the doubt but its always the same.

Messed up my eyebrows and tried to cover it with eyebrow pencil! Never coming back! Bigger lady in the first chair was rude cursing in my face. Splattered wax all over my lashes and blamed me when she put to much. Horrible!! Let my eyebrows grow out for two months just to be left with uneven eyebrows.

I have been a loyal customer for years. My three sisters and my daughters also get some services done. I have to say my experience on Sunday was bad. I got my eyebrows threaded and for the first time in years, I ended up with scratches. The lady was rude and seemed to be in a rush. I had never experienced so much pain like this time. I don’t think she likes the job. The other three ladies are so sweet and kind but the tall, thick lady is another story. I will give it another chance and hopefully never experience this again. I drive from Northlake to the city because the service has been great up to this day. Hopefully this review can be helpful to improve customer service.

I was expressing to her how I didn’t want her to thin my eyebrows. I wanted to keep them full. She right away just said okay. I felt like she completely ignored what I was trying to tell her. I walked out with THIN eyebrows. This isn’t the first. I’m not coming back.

They do a great job with lashes. Mine lasted about 5-6 weeks. I've also had their henna for myself and daughters they absolutely loved them.
