Worst customer service I’ve ever had!! I ordered one of the products they carried on Amazon and they just happened to be the seller. I will NEVER EVER support their business due to the way they have handled the situation. Package was returned to the carrier and needed confirmation from the seller before it could be forwarded and they have continuously refused to help. The products they seller are good, but I’d only order from them as a last resort as there is a 90% chance you will just loose the money and never get your products.

Accidently ordered the wrong color of an item, received this morning, untouched, unopened product. Called to exchange the item for correct color, and was told there are no exceptions to their policies and that I would have to re-order and purchase the product, paying for the identical item in correct shade TWICE. Been a customer for years and will not accept this type of policy that is totally inflexible and rude.

Horror Show Customer Service!!! LovelySkin has a usurious and predatory return policy whereby unopened and unused merchandise is unreturnable except for three items a year. It's wild how abusive and disgusting this predatory business practice is...I'm sure the alleged dermatologist that owns this scam platform conducts himself similarly in his medical practice. Avoid at all costs! Disgusting! In response to LovelySkin's smug and dismissive response below let me say that such a weirdly restrictive return policy is "wild and abusive" in that it preys upon the goodwill of customers writ large, particularly during a holiday season, while their shady enterprise spams supposed deals to hook consumers knowing there's little to no recourse to claw back the funds if the purchase needs to be amended. I have literally never seen this degree of parasitic behavior from any online retailer or vendor with a physical location, so by that measure, yes, it is both wild and abusive.

I am helping an elderly lady with her affairs. She ordered an expensive Guinot face cream for $150. There was an error in the address, which was quickly rectified. However, package was delivered to an address which turns out to be a parking lot with no apartment of course. Lovely skin takes no responsibility and says never returned to them. They were very rude when we called. We were just told we could reorder and get 40% off. UPS take responsibility for the lost package and agree the address was not residential, and sent a form to Lovely SKin twice to fill out so they could be reimbursed, and in turn my friend would be reimbursed, but they said they would not do so.

I've been purchasing my dermatologist grade skincare from LovelySkin online since 2010. It is basically the only place I will buy my products because of them being a trusted authorized retailer of the brands I need. They frequently offer discount codes, which saves me alot of money, especially since my local dermatologist never offer these brands on sale. It is amazing that they still offer free shipping on any order, no minimum amount required, which is unheard of these days...and you get free samples! The shipping is super fast too. I recommend signing up for their rewards program for a quarterly cash back treat towards a purchase. I have not needed to return anything, so I can't speak about their return policy issues. Yes, it looks strict, but it is very clear and is in line with the trend of most retailers these days unfortunately. One time I did question the quality of an Obagi toner I received. Their customer service took it very seriously and even reached out to Obagi to investigate, as they are an authorized retailer of these medical grade skin products. The concern was resolved to my satisfaction.

Wow, the shipping is so fast and they take care of packaging it up so nicely. I ordered my foundation from LG website and then realized I ordered the wrong version so I looked at Lovely Skin and order the right version. It got here so fast, I still haven't received my original order from LG yet. Way to go Lovely Skin!

Best customer service I have had in a long time!! I have always drove past, as I was a bit intimidated to step in. I am so glad I did. I had a free 30 minutes and made it a point to go there as I knew they provided clean makeup lines which is what I am after these days. Super relaxing environment with amazing knowledgeable staff. I was really impressed by the whole experience, I felt spoiled to point to write a review. Thank you so much to the gal that helped me today, you have gained a new customer!

Do not make a mistake and buy online from them. I did and the package did not arrive at the destination. They use USPS. While I do understand that USPS (not the most reliable carrier, not my choice) can be at fault, it was LovelySkin that chose this carrier. And they should stand behind their product when something goes wrong. They response was "it is not a matter of fairness" (!?).

I had the most incredible custom facial with Elena! I was in panic-mode because I was breaking out just before my sister's wedding. Elena kindly talked me through the custom options that I had, and took great care in her approach to treating my acne with a mix of exfoliation, extraction, a calming mask and other targeted treatments. I will definitely be scheduling another facial with Elena in the future!

The best skin care online store I've ever found! When I had a coupon disappointment with my first order, the owner replied with a very reasonable explanation! That bumped me to an NPS 9 on their rating scale, meaning I'm a Promoter, and this Google Review is a good example of that. The Vanicream products were expertly packaged to help insure no spills, and of course everything came in perfect shape! That's not always easy and their attention to detail was very much appreciated. They are also the only store that had all the Vanicream items we wanted to order, so "one stop shop" is also great! Even the shipping box was fun and a delight to receive! The little things do make a difference... So there you have it- The business trifecta! Great products, excellent prices, and the very best service one can imagine! The facility is very clean and organized. They stock all the top skin care brands at the retail store and have a beautiful spa. I love the fact that they offer all these services in one place!
