My first time here and what tranquil, peaceful location. I had a 60 minute therapeutic massage with Jamie and it was amazing! I did add the hot tub soak and sauna for an additional $15. This place is very relaxing. I will be back!

What an oasis in the middle of the city! It also helped that there were only a few people other than us - we felt like we had to place to ourselves.

I felt so calm + taken care of here! I had never been massaged before + was a little nervous bc I hold so much body pain and memory, but the ambience was so calming, the amenities were so clean, + Sunbeam was very helpful, so I was immediately at ease. Then my treatment started + Bryana was so considerate, professional, and skillful that I almost fell asleep! Yay for micro naps! She asked all the right questions so I didn’t have to remember to ask for what I needed, + she really listened + delivered on how I responded. I highly recommend Bryana + Love’s!

I have enjoyed coming here for years, until my latest visit. I was relaxing in the sauna when an announcement came over the loudspeakers…and it turned out to be someone at the front desk delivering a political message! I think it was endorsing school vouchers? It was totally inappropriate and lasted nearly 2 full minutes! It really turned me off of this place. Not the atmosphere you want at a spa.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. Got a couples massage with Bryana and Bri. They were both amazing. It's like Bryana knew every single pain point I had. The facility was beautiful. The front desk was lovely and accommodating. I will be back again and again.

So glad to find this treasure - hidden just minutes away from Old Town/Downtown. Booked two Massages and soaks last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Hot tub, cold plunge, sauna/steam room, locker room with showers, relaxation room, complimentary teas, bathrobes-sandals-towels. It has it all for a great escape. The Massages with both Lavender and CBD oils was amazing and exactly what we needed to recharge. I will definitely be back and will allow a few hours time to thoroughly relax and unwind.

All of their staff are friendly and great at what they do. I come by just to use the pools on a regular basis; you have to call them for that. I love this spa more every time I visit.

I just got done moving a whole 3 bed room house into a 5 bedroom house. It was alot of stairs and heavy lifting. My legs hurt, my back hurt and my neck hurt. I let my therapeutic massage know about what hurt the most. She focused on the exact spots I wanted her to focus on. This place is amazing

From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in a serene atmosphere that instantly melted my stress away. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The facilities are first class. I indulged in their signature massage, and it was hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had. The therapist, Patty, was skilled and really took the time to address my specific needs, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The ambiance was perfect, with soothing music and calming scents and oils that enhanced the experience. I also enjoyed some time in their beautiful soaking tubs. The attention to detail in the spa's design creates a truly tranquil retreat. Overall, this is a gem in Albuquerque. Whether you're looking for a day of pampering or just a quick escape from the daily grind, this spa delivers an exceptional experience. I can’t wait to return! Jesse N was absolutely amazing. A true massage therapist. Has a routine, symmetrical & healing. Gave me tips for the future and let me know where I had most knots and tightness which I don’t even feel now after a massage with him. I never felt better after a massage. Life changing!

Hard to park, not a great massage experience. Outside has a ton of flies and insects landing on you while you try to relax and in the water. Cameras placed in awkward locations as you walk and come face to face with a cheap camera so you feel uncomfortably watched while in a freakin robe in a waiting area. "Sunbeam" wasn't the most welcoming. Wouldn't recommend.

Loves is the most amazing, clean professional day spa that i have been to in Albuquerque. Not only is this facility beautiful it is also very serene. I felt welcomed from the moment i checked in. Julie my therapist was attentive to my needs and my body and mind felt so much better after her massage. Self care at its greatest! Do yourself a favor a book with LHT you will not regret it!

Structural relief therapy was necessary to relieve the pain of muscle spasms in my arms and shoulders. Love is a well-trained professional who is thorough to discover the precise locations of pain and to treat them appropriately. I assume her staff is also very competent, although this was my first professional treatment using massage, so I have yet to experience a different therapist.

Wish I could have enjoyed the hot tubs here. When checking in the person at the front asked my partner if she was transgender and when my partner said no, she was silent and gave a look of “are you sure?” Then when I said we were both women she looked puzzled again and instead of believing us pushed us to change our answer. At this point we decided to leave and she said “well I was just trying to tell you about our bathrooms”. I hope the staff has a better understanding about gender expression and gender identity, and I hope they believe customers when they self identify their gender. I would not recommend this facility to trans or gender non-conforming guests or queer people in general.

It was a very lovely and peaceful experience. Staff was friendly and professional. I enjoyed the soak/sauna time before my massage, and the complimentary beverage station. The massage therapist was very skilled and professional and left me feeling very calm and relaxed. Will definitely be going back.
