I was referred to Loxxe on Jones from another local business, and I had a fantastic experience. Lizzie was my hairstylist. She was friendly, understood my request, and worked quickly to get my haircut done before my next appointment. The salon was clean, had beautiful blue chairs in the waiting area and also an upbeat radio station on. It was nice to relax in the chair without a lot of chatter too. I would definitely continue to come back to Lizze at Loxxe on Jones.

Madeline at Loxxe was SO amazing, sweet, and easy to talk to!! Quarantine led me to the decision to use box dye and she did a great job at evening out the color and making sure my hair looked shiny & healthy. I received a discount because it was my first time at the salon, but even without it, the prices are super reasonable.

Madeline is my go to girl for my hair. I am never disappointed. The salon is wonderful. It is clean and doesn't have that typical hair salon smell. Everyone I have ever interacted with has been pleasant! I won't be changing salons any time soon!

I had a wonderful experience here after not liking my hair color that I had done in Chicago (which cost me a small fortune). We were in town visiting Raleigh and I was able to get a next-day appointment for a root touch-up with Lizzie. Lizzie was awesome - such a great conversationalist and I absolutely love what she did (looks SO much better than before). Was very affordable too! I'm sad that we don't live in Raleigh because I would definitely come back to Loxxe again in a heartbeat.

First time going to Loxxe on Jones, had a wonderful experience! The salon is clean, nicely decorated, I felt very welcome. The owner & especially Maddie B. ( my new girl for everything hair! ) is extraordinarily gifted in color & cut. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the outcome. Kudos to Maddie! It can be intimidating to try a new stylist, but I assure this salon & Maddie are worth the trust. I won’t go to anyone else now, she’s awesome.

I’m new to the salon and Maddie did an absolutely fabulous job on my hair. I showed her a picture and she was able to make exactly what I wanted happen with transitioning my hair from summer to fall. She was so sweet, professional, and positive! She gave me a women’s hair cut, lowlights, and balayage. The pricing was reasonable and quality was excellent. I will definitely be back!!

This place was awesome. I'm a new here and its a bit of an intimate, tight space, so you cannot blend in if you're introverted. However, they are all so nice and welcoming I was comfortable from the door in. Elizabeth "Lizzy" cut my hair to perfection and we had so much fun. It was so refreshing to be around people who truly love what they do and are clearly good, no, GREAT at it. Book a reservation and relax. You're in good hands.

Customer for 7 years. From personal experience, Jenna is amazing! And all of the stylists are very talented. Clean salon with stylish modern decor. They even did up do's and blow outs for my wedding party. Highly recommend!

I followed Madeline from her previous salon to Loxxe on Jones, and I was not disappointed! Her skills as a stylist are fantastic and she always listens & understands what I'm wanting to do next with my hair. The salon is SO pretty and the overall atmosphere is great, and the luxury of having a parking lot downtown is a dream! I'm a very loyal client and will continue returning to Madeline, and I'm so happy about her move here!

Maddie is phenomenal and the only person I trust with my hair. I have had bad experiences in the past so I am very cautious with who I have color my hair. Maddie is very upfront and will tell you what she thinks what will or won’t work with your hair type. I have never had as many compliments on my hair and it’s all thanks to her. I highly recommend trying this salon!!!

This salon is the absolute best in Raleigh. Not only do these ladies know what they're doing, but the atmosphere is just incredible. I would recommend absolutely any of these amazing women! You won't be disappointed.
