I went here for several years. This company says they value peace and comfort, but if you talk to the staff about a situation they will tell you to handle it yourself. My friend had been antagonized by another patron. We asked to be refunded because they wouldn't do anything about the other patron and we had only been there 20 minutes, we were told that the front desk would take care of it but we should expect a manager to reach out. The reach out was a ban for both myself and my friend. The hypocrisy is thick. Don't go.

Löyly is a peaceful sauna retreat with a steam sauna, rock sauna, and relaxing spaces to unwind. The DIY self-care packages are a fantastic addition and highly recommended for a complete rejuvenating experience. Perfect for relaxation!

Loyly has been a reasonable value for cost in SE for sometime. They amenities are pretty standard, but their dry sauna in particular is exceptional. Unfortunately, I can not recommend them as a business of choice anymore. They do nothing to protect their clients from harassment or bullying from other patrons. On two separate occasions, while attending their SE facility I was harassed by a large male patron. After informing the front desk of his behavior, I was informed that it was a me problem. I chose to leave instead of navigate the problem patron or the apathy of staff. I instead ask that a note be added to my account to alert me to this patrons presence. On my last visit I had been there for less than 30 minutes, and the same patron showed up. I got up without saying anything, and informed the front desk that I was leaving. I had the audacity to ask that we not be charged since we had not benefit from the visit. This was enough to get a nasty email email from who I assume is the owner or general manager informing that I am banned. Great job Loyly. You just lost a life time customer. I hope your other patrons enjoy a greater sense of personal safety than I was afforded.

Had an amazing time! They have a steam and dry sauna, and you can purchase loose leaf tea with free refills during your stay. Very clean and quiet, good environment and the 2 hour window makes you feel less rushed. Will definitely be going back!

I have only been to this location. I wish they had a walk in cold plunge rather than a shower but I love love they have a steam room and dry sauna. Everything is clean and relaxing. It is minimalist but I personally prefer that. They do a good job controlling the flow so it doesn’t get crowded. I would go more often if they had a 1 hour session option.

Only my third massage but it went great. Worked on areas that were sore from training. Feeling much better and plan to come back.

The staff is incredibly kind and calm. The ambience is soothing without being tacky. The sauna is hot, and the steam room smells great(?!). Don’t sleep on the extras, definitely worthwhile.

I got the customized sauna special after only booking the basic sauna slot and I loved it, I highly recommend the house tea, all the scents used and offered are so gentle which adds to the perfect atmosphere.

Visited Loyly on the last day of a long weekend in Portland and it was a great way to wind down the trip. Did the sauna special package first thing (9am) on a Monday, woth no services. The experience was really nice--warm, welcoming, and unpretentious. The foot soak was luxurious with dried rose petals and rosemary, and the oolang tea and face mask were a nice touch. The space is pretty small , but only 5- 6 other people were in and out in the two hours I was there.

The true definition of a spa experience. Clean, serene, and relaxing. The staff is the most helpful and patient that I have personally ever dealt with. A special thanks to Allie and Ardy — these two receptionists went above and beyond for me numerous times. They deserve a raise in my opinion. They both demonstrated immaculate customer service to perfect my spa experiences.

My massage was canceled after I arrived and changed out of my clothes. Was told this was due to a lingering smell in the room. Up until this I had great experiences here. Was not offered a reschedule, very disappointed.

One of the best sauna places I have been to. Calm atmosphere, minimalist design yet very inviting. Not crowded. You almost have the place to yourself.

It's grounds for a lawsuit over discrimination when you allow men to go topless but not women. Completely wrong and discriminatory. Also to assume who's a man and who's a woman is further discrimination.

Always hits the spot. Appreciate they have steam and sauna which is a rarity. Nice to cool down on the lounge chairs or in the section where garage door opens and you can get fresh air.

Great place to really enjoy sauna employees are very polite the facility is clean they don't cheap out on soaps body wash towels or anything. Saunas are clean and comfortable really liked the fact that you get a good sauna experience unlock gyms and other places that don't provide water for steam. The place provides everything you need to have a good experience. Really happy I found this place and really looking forward to coming back again and again

I rarely leave reviews but this was so good 🩵 Will definitely be back. Sweet staff and great facilities, and maybe I got lucky but it was pretty quiet and chill - I run from chatty spas and this was super relaxing ⭐️

I'll give this place like 4.5 Stars. The price is very affordable and I really like that a lot, also it was a very relaxing environment and it wasn't crowded at all when I went which is really really nice, nothing worse than our super crowded spot. The only thing I didn't like was that the sauna was a little too cool, I would have preferred it to be a little bit warmer. Oh also, it's really nice to have like 2 hours at the facility. I would highly recommend this place and go back here

Men are permitted to be topless but everyone else must be fully covered. This used to be an inclusive environment where people could choose how much covering they were comfortable with. I went in thinking nothing had changed, no signs posted anywhere to say differently. When walked into the sauna area, saw topless men, I was topless as well and didn't think anything. was about to go into the sauna and an employee stopped me from entering and said had to cover my chest before entering the sauna. This new policy doesn't feel safe or inclusive to me. Also not very Portland, since we have a naked bike ride.

My happy place <3 So accessible and affordable while feeling like pure luxury! Their team is incredible and all of my troubles melt away the second I step foot inside and smell their house-made botanicals. This is a self-care sanctuary and we all deserve that!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 90-min massage and aroma therapy at Loyly Sauna southeast. Stephanie was able to work out all of my stress and tension and I walked out feeling like a new person. All staff embers were welcoming and polite, I look forward to my return visit.
