My very first experience at LT Nails was not good at all. However, I gave them a few more tries because my teenage daughter wanted to go there. After today, I will NOT be returning!! I was charged $142 for a pedicure and to paint my finger nails only. Yes I did get a design(which btw was hearts on ombre, nothing elaborate or extra special). However, I was confused about why I was being charged so much for services I normally got and also got my nails done and still did not have to pay so much. Not only was I charged way more than I supposed to be, when I asked about the charges, the lady was very rude. My services received was pedicure(which was $45 + upcharge $15 for gel polish), nails painted ONLY(normally $25 paint + upcharge $15 for designs), No other services, but was charged $142. According to their prices I was charged $42 extra with no explanation and rude attitude for cordially asking why was I being charged so much. I don't mind paying for the services I receive. Being rude is uncalled for. It's my fault for giving a business multiple chances after a bad experience the first few times.

Best nails shop!!! Always attentive to what you want. Absolutely awesome designs!!! Won’t go anywhere else!!!!! My sister now comes up from Metairie to get her nails done here!!!!

I have never ever ever had a ruder nail tech. Aggressive. Overbearing. Down right appalling. I saw treatment that was cringeworthy.

I’ve been to other nail salons but this one is the best my nails last longer an the people that run the salon or all family. An very nice this is my go too nail salon I’ve been going for 2 years

This place is amazing I definitely recommend this nail to anyone ! Jason is so talented ! If I ever want a design done he is my go to ! Everyone in the store is very nice

Been all over Central and finally found a gr8 nail salon. The whole staff is nice and take their work very seriously . I love how they are gentle and do awesome work . The facility is clean and comfortable, no Flys flying around no smells , just clean fresh air . They are very family oriented so I like that a lot , that I can go there and just relax all the way . Only thing they need is some champagne 🍾 😂 I'll be set .

I LOVE IT totally coming for my birthday me and my mom went and we was greeted and everything love service! Affordable! Worth it because my nails are 👏🏽 on top ! Tbh way better than “I Nails and Spa”

I enjoyed my experience as a first timer. It was extremely busy so I had to wait a while, but a regular customer said this was not the norm. Also, somewhat pricey, but I honestly can say they do quality work. I like that they have techs that can do very creative nail art and keep on trend. I'll definitely visit again in the future.

I've been coming here for about 5 months and simply put they are creative, consistent, clean, and provide a calming atmosphere. They truly can recreate trending looks and sometimes they come out even better than the original. Bonus they also have pedicure seats with USB ports so you can charge your phone. Always a pleasant visit for me.

My mom, sister and I have been going to LT to get our nails done regularly for about a year and we absolutely love Jason and Abby! They do a fantastic job and they're super friendly!

I had the worst experience ever. I arrived before they opened, me and another young lady. They skipped over us and serviced other people. Just rude in general. I wanted to get a pedicure, manicure and my eyebrows done. I heard they were really good. Unfortunately my experience was just up to my standards. I got the pedicure and left.

i tried almost every nail shop in central yet LT remains my favorite. abby and jason always do my nails but every experience i’ve had has been amazing. everyone there is top notch with their work, i know if i don’t like how something turned out i can say something and not feel like i upset or insulted them. any design i come in with they execute perfectly. they are literally the best. i wish i could leave a higher amount of stars.

All around horrible experience! Never again, my nails aren’t even the same shape. The ladies working were in such a rush they didn’t even care! They didn’t even size my nails. My 4 year old could of done better than this!
