I love this salon, Arami is phenomenal. I have been having her style/color my hair I think for almost two years now and she never disappoints. Go to her for highlights, balayage, extensions, and more! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Arami is amazing. She was so sweet and patient with my daughter when my daughter wasn’t quite sure what she wanted. Her hands are so gentle when brushing and the end result was absolutely perfect. My daughter walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. Go see Arami!

I have gotten my hair done by Sam for about 5 years now. He's heaven sent to be honest. He knows what he is doing. He very open & honest. If he feels like I can't reach my hair goal he will tell me. & gives me other options. Highly highly highly recommend!

My absolute favorite salon! All of the stylists here are super friendly and welcoming which adds to the super laid-back vibe that this space has. It’s always so comforting stepping foot into the salon knowing I’m about to leave with bomb hair. My stylist, Natalia, always sees my visions through and leaves me with the most jaw-dropping hair that I always get compliments on! On top of that, even though I am a blonde client, my hair is the healthiest it’s ever been due to how intricate and careful Natalia is with her services. This is the only salon that I will trust with my life (aka hair).

WOW! SERIOUSLY IF I COULD I WOULD SAY SOMETHING ELSE BUT DON'T EVEN CONSIDER THIS PLACE. IT BLOWS MY MIND THAT THIS PLACE IS AT 4 STARS ESPECIALLY AFTER MY EXPERIENCE. SO I SCHEDULED AN APPT FOR 230PM SATURDAY, I ARRIVE 10 MIN EARLY, BUT THEN GET A TEXT THAT VIC (VICTORIA?) RUNNING LATE TO ADMIT 3PM . I WAS FINE WITH THAT I UNDERSTOOD THINGS LIKE THIS HAPPEN. FIRST OF ALL THE GREETER WAS HORRIBLY RUDE, NOT POLITE WHATSOEVER. SHE MUMBLED SOMETHING AND WENT TO THE BACK AND THEN NEVER CAME BACK. WE ENDED UP WAITING AN HOUR UNTIL I TEXTED "VIC" ON HOW MUCH LONGER I SHOULD EXPECT TO WAIT - NO REPLY. I COULD HEAR CHIT CHATTERS AND LAUGHTER IN THE BACK AND NOT ONE PERSON CAME BACK TO INFORM ME HOW MUCH LONGER IT WOULD BE OR EVEN AN APOLOGY! I ENDED UP WAITING OVER 1HR AND A HALF UNTIL I CAME TO MY SENSES AND CALLED ANOTHER SALON "MANE MAN,men's grooming ". They were able to see my son within 30 minutes! I NEVER received a response that day until much later in the evening letting me know I could RESCHEDULE?!🤣 WHAT A JOKSTER SHE IS! EITHER THE ENTIRE SALON ARE JUST RUDE PEOPLE OR MAYBE IT WAS A "PERSONAL PROBLEM" ON WHY THEY DONT SERVICE PEOPLE OF MY "TYPE"? I GUESS I'LL NEVER KNOW FOR SURE . ON3 THING FOR SURE IS I'LL NEVER RETURN AND ANY CHANCE I GET I WILL LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW RUDE AND SNOBBY THIS PLACE IS. ONE POSITIVE THING CAME OUT OF IT , WE FOUND AN EXCELLENT HAIRSTYLIST AT ,"MANE MAN"! ALL AROUND POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THEY KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE!

Cynthia is an artist with both perfect, stylish, and flattering haircuts and styles, and also with fabulous coloring. She is amazing. The salon is wonderful and has a lovely atmosphere that is both upbeat and relaxing, with fabulous customer service. They are also conveniently located. I HAVE THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE WITH JORDYN!! 🥲🥲 My hair and my mental just needed a vamp up and honestly it was such a great journey getting there!! She even shared amazing tips on how to take care of my hair! If you know hair, you know getting to the end of that tunnel is a long ride! So don’t expect Jordyn to get ya whipped up and out in a flash! No! She is inspired with hair! She takes her time and man oh man does my hair show the proof!!! Yes! Hair is expensive.. yes Jordyn is no exception.. so if you want a $50 hair cut please keep scrolling! This is $$$ BECAUSE THIS HAIR GODDESS IS WORTH IT! Well I just found my new salon and stylist! Ellie was so great today and was such a breath of fresh air. It was a very chill appointment, Ellie taught me a ton and I also did not feel like I had to be on the entire time, which was great. I’m very picky on my blonde and I love a great shampoo and she just blew me away!

First time coming here. I Googled places near me, this was one. I called and spoke with someone who was very nice. She mentioned doing a consultation first since I knew more or less what I wanted she scheduled me as well. I got Victoria. She was so excited to work on my hair, it was suffering, lol, to say the least. She was encouraging and offered a solution. She mentioned that she had some ideas, I blindly trusted her. Which I don't do!!! She didn't disappoint. She listened to my concerns. My hair looks great, yes we forgot to do a before and after. Iv been going to lucent salon for over a year now and Iv had nothing but great results with Natalia!! I’m pretty indecisive and I like to change up my hair a lot. She recreates my Pinterest Inspo to a T while still keeping the integrity of my hair. My hair has never been healthier! She’s very thorough so my hair comes out perfect every time. I can’t recommend Natalia enough, she is so sweet, talented and accommodating. 💕

Jordyn is awesome. So passionate about her craft! I have search for so long for a hairdresser and finally found the best one in San Antonio. My hair always looks fabulous and I have referred her to so many of my friends and relatives. Her knowledge of hair color is phenomenal . . . Always takes her time to discuss her ideas with you. I’m 8 weeks in with my 16” hair extensions at Lucent with Jordyn. I researched for 2 years as my hair texture was changing due to hormone, stress, and who knows what else, and I felt so insecure. I feared a bad experience as I researched so much that I literally read all the bad reviews regarding extensions and experience, I was even embarrassed to go in for my initial consult with Jordyn. From the initial contact, she made me feel so welcomed and was so non judgement. Her expertise is top notch and I now have long, beautiful hair with a restored confidence in myself. I even went to Cancun, Ziplined and snorkeled, my hair is still beautiful. Thank you Jordyn for making me feel beautiful again!!! I’ve found my hair person ❤️

Jordyn is STAR!!!! I love my hair ever time she does it. She listens to what you want picks the best shades for you. My hair last time she did it I was still getting complements after it had grow out for a year!!!!! That was the magenta hair pic. Her color technique fades so pretty and natural. Tried this salon a few months back and worked with Victoria; she did an amazing job explaining the process of what she is doing with my hair and the end result turned out incredible! This woman knows what she is doing! If you are debating about going to Lucent, book your appointment ASAP with Victoria. Definitely my new hair stylist. I’ll be back here soon for a touch up!

Victoria is such a great hairstylist, I was never able to find a hairstylist who gave me exactly what I wanted until her! I went in originally for a certain haircut and she definitely delivered. It came out beautiful and she styled it just the way I wanted and exactly like the inspiration picture I showed her! We decided that same appointment that I would come back in but this time for hair coloring services! I showed her inspiration pictures and after she finished coloring my hair, I was speechless. It was exactly what I wanted and more! I am so happy to have found a wonderful stylist like her! I recommend her to anyone who will appreciate a stylist who actually listens to your hair wants and needs! Amazing service and such a great warm bubbly personality!

When it came to memorable moments, Sam always did a glamorous work on my hair and makeup. For both my bridal and engagement pictures, I looked very photogenic and my hair and make up stayed on throughout the entire photo shoot, even with the rain and heat. I would recommend him on any celebrated moments to highlight a persons noteworthy features. Sam is a very professional artist and I cannot recommend him enough. I am so amazed at how great his work always comes out! He is very friendly and kind and therapeutic.
