I found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try for a 90-minute foot spa session—and wow, I’m so glad I did! I had Tina as my therapist, and she was incredible. She really dug into all the tension points (exactly what I needed after feeling so tense!), and her technique was spot on. The space is clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Everyone wears uniforms, and there was no distracting side chatter—it’s clear they take their work seriously. Worth every penny! If you’re looking for a professional, relaxing experience that truly works out the knots, this is the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Been here several times and decide to leave a review. Very professional therapist, knows exactly where to work on. I feel much lighter after the massage, hope they can have a bed for sleep after sessions.

This place is fabulous and perfect for relaxing my first time there and coco was so so good she is awesome she applied the right amount of pressure and even served me some tea and chocolate totally love this place highly recommended

Unfortunately as I was 15 minutes late I was denied service demanding to cancel my appointment and didn’t even have a chance to try this place. We had booked a party of 4 to treat our friend for her birthday and the person who greeted us was very rude and said we were 15 min late and kept grumbling about me being late. No choices offered. I felt like I was being thrown out of a classroom. To hurry from our lunch we even left our car in the parking lot to book an Uber for $10 to hurry to this place. Very rude behavior. A lesson learnt how to not to treat my customers!!I will forever remember the reaction of the person who spoke on the phone and greeted us with so much negativity! So much for relaxation in their name. Kept calling us during our lunch

My friends booked this place to treat me for my birthday but I was thrown out from this place for being 15 minutes late and he was not ready to accommodate or give alternate options. He kept making chukling noises to show that he was interested in providing the service. Very bad experience on my birthday

We booked this place to treat our friend for her birthday. We reserved a week early for 2pm appointment. We had our birthday lunch and were running little late to our appointment. We called them to inform and they were unable to accommodate even 10 to 15mins delay. We really felt like school :-) The guy in the front desk was very rude and we end up cancelling. Glad, we cancelled. We found an amazing place Happy Feet Foot spa which is just 1mile away from this one. Please don't ever think about this place instead try the other one closeby.

Worst experience ever. Booked this place to relax with my friends. While booking the person did not mention anything about being on time or having another appointment after us. We were late by 15 minutes and the person showed up with a weird face and reaction to an extent that we were no longer feeling relaxed to go for a spa. I also enquired about alternate options of paying extra or switching to different time but the person in charge was reluctant for any kind of accommodation. Finally we chose the "Happy Feet" spa which was very close to this place. Great service there. Will definitely recommend if you are ever thrown out of this spa place for being late. Hate to give even 1 star for spoiling our mood.

After my doctor appointment at Kaiser, I was tired and decided to get a massage. Normally, I go to Happy Feet in downtown Castro, but I thought I’d try this place, thinking it could be convenient to go there regularly after my weekly PT appointments. I’m giving two stars—one for the friendly front desk staff and another because the place seemed clean. However, the massage itself was a C-. Despite asking for more pressure several times, the therapist didn’t adjust, and it felt like she had little to no training. my friend could have done a better job. I don't blame the therapist entirely; it’s more on the owner(s) for possibly not providing adequate training. At times, the massage was even painful because she didn’t apply the technique correctly, and most of the time, there wasn’t enough pressure. At the Mountain View place I always feel so relaxed after the massage, but unfortunately, not today.

I left disappointed considering all of the glowing reviews. My massaged seemed almost like a Swedish massage at times. Lots of light strokes that I hoped would build up to a deeper tissue massage, but did not, before moving on to other areas. My masseuse used her arm and elbow to massage my back, but either could not keep consistent pressure or could not target the correct muscles. I left more tense than I arrived due to frustration from lack of deep tissue massage. The space feels clean and location was quiet, since the main massage room is far from the front entrance. Front desk staff are friendly and they text you to confirm your appointment time. 60 minutes combo foot + body massage was $70 (cash). I gave a $15 tip. The location is convenient. I hope they can improve consistency when training their staff.

Book an hour long foot massage, got in there and for most of the hour didn’t get my feet done at all, she barely spent 10 to 20 minutes on my feet, rest of the time didn’t even get a proper massage to my back, which it was supposed to be just the feet.could have went to got a regular pedicure instead of going here, would not recommend spend your money somewhere else, just spend the extra for some better quality

I've been coming to Lucky Foot Relaxation for months now. All their masseuses have good technique in their craft unlike some places where they're just randomly kneading you like dough. I've come here with parents (who ended up buying a 10 pack) and friends and given that the distance isn't too far and traveling isn't too much hassle I'm happy to always return. They're right off the 85 De Anza exit in a small shopping center. It's so easy to book on their website and they always have lots of openings during the day so you have flexibility in reservations. Their prices are very competitive: $40 for 60 min. food and $60 for 90 minutes. Extra $5 for salt in the foot soak! I want to return for a combo massage and even their 4 handed massage! Their facility is spotlessly clean and comfortable and provides the perfect atmosphere to relax. I've fallen asleep during EVERY massage. This weekend luckily they were able to squeeze me in last minute and since it's Mother's Day weekend, they are giving red roses! How sweet :) All massages end with tea and a piece of chocolate served on a tray from your masseuse! The services is professional and friendly and you're always greeted with a smile :) Can't wait to return!

The best massage I have experienced in my life. I received a 90 minute deep tissue massage from TINA. She understands and speaks English very well. I told her where I was hurting in my back and what I needed to fix it. She did everything I asked for and more. The massage was so good, I gave her a 33% tip. She never asked for a tip. Worth every penny. Lucky Foot Relaxation is the real deal. Highly recommend.

My friends girlfriend found this gem for me. Made an appointment and went in at 7 pm. Clean place and very organize. After 2 weeks of traveling I needed a massage. This place was great. Can't beat the price.

After a long week of walking ( 117,126 steps), I received a massage. I chose the 30 minutes foot massage. Leo did a wonderful head and feet massage. Very satisfied 🙂

This is 100% my new go to for foot massages. Much newer and cleaner than the other places down the street. I also love that they have online booking for my convenience (which I highly recommend and wouldn’t rely on walk in availability). I enjoyed my massage session with Leo - highly recommend. If you don’t have a high pain tolerance to deep massages tho, you may want to let him know in advance to take it easier.

Wow! Got a 90 minute combo which was amazing! The first half was from head to feet on the front side. The second half you go into a room and take your shirt off! Boy did they find every knot on my back! I will definitely be back!! Glad we found you!
