This is definitely the best massage place around! My sister and I come here for massages after a long work. They are always accommodating, professional and the environment is relaxing and clean place They include hot stones and sometimes Chinese cream if you ask for the really sore areas. Even if it's the end of their day, these ladies always do a wonderful job. I have been recommending all my friends here. You definitely won't regret booking a massage at lucky massage!

The lady at the front desk locked the door as I tried to leave and then demanded I tipped "HER" worker, at least if there was a special service I'd be inclined to tip her but not even that.... Idk how I feel about this place. I was nice enough to give them an extra star, or two.

I’ve had better massages I got 30 minutes and she kept leaving. Also called ahead of time and they told me different prices to when I got here. As a matter of fact I’m posting this rating still in here

Lia was my masseuse and she was amazing. I plan to see her at least once a week. Her deep massage was amazing and she even walked on my back to ease the stress in my back. 100 out of 10. The front office woman with the short hair was beautiful and also very nice. It was my first time today but I will be back regularly!

SCAMMED! I paid for a 60 minute massage and only got 45 minutes. I know because I looked at the clock when we started. I asked them to see if they are trustworthy, and they lied and said we started earlier. So make sure to put a timer on your phone because they will cheat the time. I also paid for the body massage which included hot stone. They completely forgot and didn't do the hot stone at all. They will also try to upsell you multiple times DURING the massage, which is very disruptive. How can I relax when I have to hear sale pitches? Regarding tip, they will try to make you pay it BEFORE the service so they don't have to work for it. So be sure to tell them you will pay it AFTER. What's very rude is when you do give the tip, they will complain its not enough, when it is. They think calling you out and pressuring you will get you to give them more money. Very shady practices and bad service. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I paid for someone to wear gloves to massage me! My skin felt itchy and now I can’t believe I spent money to go here. Don’t bother, it’s not a real deep tissue massage.

The massage was good, but they really just need to charge $60 for an hour. I forget what I didn't want to opt into so it was only $50/hour. I literally heard the lady walking me back say "it's just $10". And later suddenly lotion or oil or whatever they use costs $10. Which didn't happen the last time I was there and did pay $60 for the hour. Also they close off the lot next to it at night to create a parking scarcity so they can charge you to valet park your car, which is such a scam. Idk what the valet costs, I walked a block. Oh and apparently the masseuse was in such a hurry leaving I left a tip with the front lady. That was weird too. So good massage, bad parking, weird customer service. Oh and I've never heard of charging for lotion. This was weeks ago, but just popped into my head. Ergo the review. I would go back, but not as my first choice. There's others in the area I'd try again first.

This place is horrible! Kelly did one move on me the whole time. All she did was rub her elbows and forearm up and down on my back and got me for my 100. She walked out 4 times and left the door open while I'm on the massage bed without my clothes. In the end, she requested a tip. I will never go here again. This place was no help.
