Amazing service I got my toes done with extra sparkly, purple and normal pink polish with flowers. It was amazing.

A blonde white woman did my nails and did a horrible job. I had to tell her to file my nails. I wanted a simple french and she gave me an amateur job. My nails are not even and the french lines all uneven. I was her last client and she rushed through my nails. If you don’t want to do it and are focused on picking up your kid - Don’t do someone’s nails. Do yourself a favor and don’t support this place. Rude and trashy staff. The nail tech spoke to her husband about picking up drugs on the phone in front of me. Like hello! Be professional!!! Waste of money when I get my nails done regularly. My nail tech is professional and detailed in California.

Horrible pedicure. 40$ for 20 minutes. My person also spent most of it stopping to answer the phone. I would have been better off if my friend and I just painted each other's toes.

I went yesterday to get a fill and I have not been for a month cause I was in Mexico ! The lady that did my nails didn't even drill or clean under my nails! She also had a co worker come look at my nails well they talked about them! I'm not stupid it's obvious they are talking about me!Never Never again will I go there! Also I got my nail done by them 3 weeks before I came back so what's funny is she wtalking about a my nails and they did them!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I made an appointment to get my acrylics taken off because my usual girl is out of town. They were clearly understaffed and had multiple people waiting to get their nails done who had appointments as well. The lady was very rude and took the lazy route of taking off my acrylics by sticking a tip under the acrylic and ripping it off rather than letting the acetone soak. It was painful and ruined my nail bed. Beyond upset about it and their lack of care for the clients nail health.

They got me in fast for a full set. I asked for a gel or acrylic set. They insisted gluing tips on and adding polish was the right way to go. The lady who did mine sounded like she was sick, which made me nervous. I told her I wanted them short because of my work. She made them medium length to even long. It took over an hour at one point when trimming my cuticles she made me bleed. Ontop of that they ended up being $75. Not impressed and they didn't listen to what I wanted.

Worst nail salon I've been too. Worst foot massage (she just rubbed on lotion and stated the whole pedicure was only 25 minutes, I could go somewhere else and pay $60 which I know is not true. Yes these are first world problems but she was distracted the whole time and rude). The nail technician handed me a card that said $30 for a pedicure and then charged me $35, very rude and said they had to raise their rates due to the pandemic but that had not yet changed the fees on all their price lists. I actually have never NOT tipped so I gave her a tip of 15% with a credit card but regret it now, she did not deserve it. I won't be back obvioulsy.

Absolutely worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I got my nails done by Melinda on Thursday 12/09/21. I actually really liked the place and person who did my nails but the next day Friday one of my nails split in half I got it fixed that night and then today Saturday 12/11/21 two of my other nails not only lifted but also split down the middle. I paid $120 for a full set of nails and they have completely fell apart with only two days which is insane. I have never spent that much money for a set of nails and this definitely will be the first and last time I do that. She also said she would refund me if I was unhappy with the service and when I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! She even said that they are a salon that likes to rush on their clients and not give them what they are paying for. Hence why they have such horrible reviews. Such a waste of time and also money.

Always fast, always friendly. My go to place for gel nails for almost 10 years! Ownership change! Not fast - waited over an hour for an appointment! Walk in faster! Technician would not believe I had gel nails...wanted to change it to acrylic. NO!

Had a 3:30 appointment, didn’t start until 4. Wax from hot wax treatment not completely off the big toe, polish came off. Top of the nails not smoothed. Visible Ridges. Polish uneven. However, a fairly decent job with dry skin. Never had a cheese grater used on heels. Wouldn’t go back for a fix. $50 😖

I had a client come in to remove a set of nails they received at Lucky Nails. Their acrylics had been on for a month and they couldn’t get them off. I was doing a soak off removal when I encountered issues myself. The product the salon uses is MMA acrylic and it is illegal in the US! It is also very harmful to the client. They’ve been reported to the state board and I would never recommend anybody go there.

Jackie is is such a sweet person. She is always so gentle with my nails and she never hurts me. She takes her time and takes my gels nails off the correct way. She certainly takes care of my thin nails.

Worst $80 I’ve ever spent. The job is not completed. I am so furious. When I called they told me to come down and they would fix the problem. Instead they argued with me and embarrassed me in front of other customers. This is the worst salon I’ve ever been too!
