I came in to get my moms nails done and she didnt like them and she told them that the nail Polish was flooding her cuticles or there was not enough nail polish. The owner was so rude and blamed my moms nails and cuticles for the nail polish not being applied correctly. Staff is nice and understanding but the Owner kept making exuses. Also they were talking rudely about customers in their language.!! never coming back

Helen does the best pedicure in town! She takes her time, doesn’t rush and is quite professional. Kathy is another gem, I’ve been getting my nails done from her since 6 years, great service!

I hate to leave a bad review because I love coming here to have John do my nails since he’s very nice. So anyways I came in October 26th 2024 and got a thick heel removed by another Asian older guy.. I suddenly feel an itch on my feet.. next day I’m bleeding and turns out I contracted dermatitis! The guy who did my feet was very unsanitary. He had just been done with someone’s feet and wasn’t even using gloves with them! He does me next and doesn’t even clean his tools! Anyways I go in 4 days later to get a refund . the boss is there and asks me to explain and show my legs. My legs are bad and well honestly he gave me a refund and that’s a good thing he did because or else it would have gotten worse. It’s true what the people say. He’s super rude! Didn’t even feel bad for my legs and said “oh we clean all of our things!>:( don’t come here again, we have cameras ! >:(.” And I was like tf? Oh trust me I won’t ever be coming to any salon after this. I’m doing my own toes and fingers at home! I’m not trying to get an infection again!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s true what they say “chinos cochinos!!!!”

I come here for pedicures I always ask for Julie. She not only does a great job but she massages you if you get the one with the massage. She doesn't just rub she actually takes her time massaging you and never rushes. Definitely recommend her and this place. I only see great customer service by everyone each time I been here. It is out of my way I live in Sanger but worth the drive.

The owner is horrible but the employees are great. I went to get a gel manicure but unfortunately the gel kept lifting off my nail. I had to go back on 3 different occasions to try to get my nails fixed. On the 3rd visit I asked if they could just change the color because maybe the polished was defective. He continuously told me he was going to charge me but I continued to explain to him that it was not right that I had to come back 3 different times to get my nails fixed with 48 hrs. I asked him what I should do if my nails lift again tomorrow and he told me to come back and get it fixed again for a 4th time but he’s going to charge me if I change the color. I tried explaining to him that it was not right that I have to keep coming in but he kept arguing with me almost making it seem like I was just trying to get a free color change. Which I spent more then a color change Cost on gas going back and forth. Overall he was very mean and all the workers were apologizing for his attitude.

Let me start off saying that lucky nails will never ever get my money again. I asked for a gel manicure who quoted a price. Someone please tell me if I’m wrong, but doesn’t manicure means soaking your finger tips in water to clean the cuticles? The lady starts off, preparing my nails just for the gel I asked was she gonna soak my fingertips and water and clean the cuticles all of a sudden she doesn’t understand English. She had to have one of the other nail technicians translate for her when I ask that question again, should my finger tips be soaking in water to clean the cuticles. I was told that’s an extra $35 for a manicure. Long story short they’ll never ever ever get my service or money again and they also charged me four dollars more than then the price I was quoted.. Less than one week my color was popping off as if I was wearing tips and now my nail bed is damaged. Ladies be aware of lucky nails. Not a good place to get your service ,

I love my pedicure ladies, but just Be aware of a Rude Ignorant Overbearing Uncomfortable “Owner” he’s Narcissistic and totally inappropriate! I’ve been coming here for 15 Years absolutely adore Mai she’s my Bestie Pedicure Lady for life! Sophia is also one of the best I’ve gotten my Nails done by! John is very good too!The Man at front and answering phones is absolutely the worst person I’ve ever dealt with at a nail salon and in general! He will bombard u with questions boss u around and doesn’t even schedule appointments correctly! Many women have voiced there experience with him and it’s not pleasant! I’ve had a lady randomly say she was so glad he wasn’t there that day! Literally! Also I’ve seen him treat people poorly and also myself! Not sure why Kathy let’s that happen! I only put up with it cause I’ve been coming for years and do not like how other ladies do my nails! I Have a good bond/comfortability with these ladies! I doubt he will ever learn custom service or how to treat a lady! I’ve often said he needs to have more Men coming around cause I doubt he would try it with them!“With his mini me self”! I think it’s because we’re women he thinks he can just treat us that way! Ladies stand up for yourselves if he tries to bully! Now that Sophia left it’s only three stars for 💜Mai💜Tina and John!

Just had a sudden urge to get a pedi last minute so I came in as walk in and had a pedicure here back in April and the lady who did my nail dug way too dip into my nail resulting for it to start bleeding and then she started putting whatever things to try and stop it from bleeding. It was for sure 10 out of 10 PAINFUL. For a few days my big toe had created drainage and was swollen :( Why am I barely writing this review? Well because now my big toe is hurting again and I blame this place!

I take my dad their for pedicure and they don’t listen to others and make weird faces when we say something. I said that u didn’t put cream and she looked at me with anger face and ignore me. I wasn’t satisfied I paid 34$ and still not good. I don’t know her name.

My mom and I had a great experience. It was her birthday, so I treated her. The gentlemen Vic or Bic, was so Awesome with my mom. She had a great time. Definitely a friendly and clean environment. I asked were a great sushi restaurant was and one of the gentlemen walked outside with me and showed exactly where the.go and the name of the restaurant. Honestly, we had a good time. So, I will be back again. Thank you Lucky Nails

I went here today to get my acrylic nails removed and regular nail polish on after. My nail technician was really rough and cut my cuticles on two fingers. The polish was a good job I just hate this burning little cut I have. I’ve included a photo of my cut, it has healed over a bit in the photo. Other pros: we were helped really quickly for a walk in & it was cheap, I paid $25 for the whole thing.

If I could give zero starts I would. So disappointed because I used to love this place. I had some short guy who spilled a bottle of nail activator all over the floor and on my shoe and started aggressively wiping my white shoe with a dirty cotton ball. I should’ve just got up and left right. After he still charged me full price. He knew he screwed up because when it came time to pay, he folded the receipt so I couldn’t write a tip because he knew he wasn’t getting anything. My dip is so lumpy, I’ll never ever go back there again

I’m very satisfied with my nails. Been coming here for about 2 years now. Highly recommend John. Had the chance to let Cathy do my nails today and she totally killed it (in a great way!) just found out her and John are siblings. Seems like the talent runs in the family! Look forward to having Cathy work on my nails again! Promise, if either of the two work on your nails you will definitely leave SUPER SATISFIED 😎

Very Rude they quote 1 price for toddler nails and then charge $18 for a 2 years old and the guy was rude I got my nails and toes done and had them redo the polish..all bad don’t go there

Way over priced nails don’t last long for the prices they charge please go somewhere else they make up prices when they start doing your nails also they charge way to Much for fills almost as much as the regular sets

If you want to have a mommy daughter date and get manicures here, please don’t. My toddler is 2 years old and she loves getting her nails done I brought her here and I get her gel polish every time because it dries quickly. Besides the point every time for her it’s $8 but today the nail tech took an enjoyable moment away when he kept getting frustrated and sucking his teeth because she moved here and there and because of that he charged me $18 remind you gel polish for adult is $27 and my daughter nails are so tiny it is ridiculous she’s a toddler. Unfortunate experience and I will not be returning.

This is one of the worst nail and spa location you can ever go to on shaw and marks by the target. The owner himself was very rude. All it takes to be humble behavior in order for you to maintain a regular visit. I was waiting patiently for my wife to get her nails done. At the end , owner demanded me to put the chairs back rudely. Very poor customer service with no respect to customers. Please avoid.

A pedicure was performed. Mediocre service. Felt rushed. Lazy technician gave a worthless “massage”. Will not go back. The service lasted about 20-minutes. $27 + tip

Tried a new place in town. Pricing is reasonable, service is very good, clean environment. This was the BEST pedicure I’ve ever had in my life the massage alone was about 30-45 min long which was wayyyy longer than any massage I’ve ever had at any salon while getting a pedicure.The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Julie took her time and was extremely thorough. I was very pleased with their service and recommend Julie 10/10.
