Jamika did a great job with the girls hair. This was our 1st time at the salon and the atmosphere and customer service was amazing. I'll definitely bring my grands back when they need their hair done while visiting Charlotte.

The stylists here are experienced and know what they are doing! They have been taking care of natural hair in Charlotte for years and will provide the best salon experience. Everyone is so nice and professional and they care about the clients. I love it here!!!

Although Destiny, did not start my loc journey, but she’s been maintaining them for the past few months and I couldn’t ask for a better Loctician. She’s patient, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. And I might add, fast….with quality work! Who wants to be in a salon all day 😉

I had a stylist that did my sister Locs, and did a great job, however did she did not know how to treat my scalp . Once I told her I moved on she harassed me by text from different numbers.. Very unprofessional.. People leave stylist everyday.. I tried blocking her but she continued to harass me from different numbers.

I have known about Lucky You for years. Destiny is hands down the best stylist in the land. When I say she takes care of your hair and discusses what she is using and why. If you have a child, you need to take them to Destiny. She’s gentle, allocates plenty of time for each client so no one feels rushed and she does an amazing job. My daughter loves going to see her and I’m always pleased with her work.

Love this salon. It is a place you can go for all your hair needs. I went for two strand twist previously and last time for color. Destiny is amazing, it was my first time and everything ended up coming out how I wanted with no damage. I am natural and got my first silk press in 3 years and received tons of compliments. If you’re looking for something new and nervous, I recommend here & Destiny!😊

My stylist is Sherri Wofford of the suite Beauty With Grace. She is amazing! This is my second year with her and my Sisterlocks are flourishing. She's super fast with reties and is always on time seeing her appointments. She recently colored my locs bases of an old photo I showed her, matching it perfectly! I love my stylist!

Their new salon sucks. If they refer it to you...don't go. It was not ready when I was sent there. They lack integrity and do not treat their stylist well. Very disappointed in how they treat their stylist.

This place is great. They can do it all, here! It starts with Tika and Connie, but really, all their stylists really know their stuff. When we were there, they were working on sister locks and it looked amazing.

Very nice environment. Staff is very nice & accommodating. My new loctician is Miracle & she did a thorough consult, took her time with my hair & provided education. I have microlocs & they were installed by another stylist (not at Lucky You). She was able to "fix" my locs & create a solid foundation. I feel very confident in choosing them & having Miracle l.

Wanted to be a transfer client and booked services for a consultation. Paid $50. Never received services or a refund and called and talk to the salon several times. Over a 3 month time span from making the appointment consultation, never received a call back but called several times and said the owner will call me but of course she never did. And they aren’t giving me my $50 nor are they pressed to make me a happy or even satisfied customer. Just had to eat the loss and go else where.

You pay for a sisterlock consultant so you can have your sisterlocks maintained, but when you want to book an appointment for a retie, they assign you a trainee who takes 8 plus hours just to retie your hair. This should be completed in 4 hours or less. Bad business practices. takes 8
