My son had a boy bands haircut today. Lucy is professional and she definitely has a natural sense of style. If you happen to know mandarin or cantonese, it would be a pleasant experience for chatting with Lucy. Strongly recommended.

I gotta say, my recent trip to this place for a haircut left me pretty disappointed. The stylist spent more time chatting on the phone with her mobile provider than actually cutting my hair. I only got about 15 minutes of actual attention, and she charged me $35 for it. And let's talk about the haircut itself - it was nothing to write home about. The stylist's skills were reaching okay, though it showed in the uneven lengths on both sides. Honestly, it didn't match up with the price I paid. I think it's only fair for customers to get what they're paying for, and unfortunately, that didn't happen here. I hope this review gives some helpful feedback to both the stylist and the place. I really hope they can step up their game and give future customers a better experience.

I have been looking for a good barber who can do Asian hair style for years. Lucy is the best barber I have got in the bay area. I went to her store to get a brand new look, and I brought a picture of an Asian short hair style. She was able to design the style with respect to my face shape, and the outcome is even better than I expected. Additionally, she layered my hair in such a way so that my hair has more volume than before. I am so happy with it, and I will be a regular customer.

Don’t go there! Unless you speak Chinese or want a Dora the explorer haircut. She just chopped awayed and said it might not look like the picture I showed her. It was nothing like the picture . I asked for bangs and she cut uneven and very short. She cuts men hair pretty good just not for women. Charged me $50. Expensive ugly cut!!!!

Hard to find a good hair cut service - higher cost, average service. Spent 5mins for a quick cut - $20+tip for a child.

Lucy is amazing. She customized my hair according to my head shape. Most people don't have a perfect symmetrical head including me, and Lucy knows how to balance that with personalized haircut. Plus, she taught me how to do day-to-day maintenance. Overall, it's a very nice experience.

Lucy is precise and knowledgeable in the haircut. She is friendly. Price is good. The negative point was that she didn't much listen or cared what I asked her to do with my haircut and did not pay attention to face shape, hair color, etc. I didn't want her to cut much on the sides(because of my face shape) but she insisted that it was the right way to do the hairstyle, and at the end she tried to give me some hope that they would grow fast!

Not very good skill.. back part is not aligned and barely cut the top part even I have asked. Got charged $35 for men cut and wash. I will definitely expect a better skill for this price.

Lucy is an excellent barber. Unlike other ordinary hair salons, She would customize the hair cut according to your face shape and give a lot of suggestions. You could feel her kindness during the hair cut process. You will never regret if you try it once, especially for those who is not sure what hair style is suitable for themselves.

Lucy is a genius. My hair often challenges stylists, but even though we barely speak the same language Lucy knew just what to do. She reads the shape of your face and head, the flow of your hair, and just gives you the RIGHT cut. It wasn’t exactly what I imagined, but is actually better and there are things she did that no one else has done before. Pair that with the price and damn, I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

This is not the fastest salon ive been to, but must be the best quality one. I came here because the salon i used to go closed these days and this one is really close to my home. Lucy is professional and patient, she speaks mandarin and Cantonese, and she gave some suggestions before starting, it takes some time to finish(30mins) its a bit longer than the haircut i had before, but the result is really satisfying. its like she is not rushing to finish the cut, the quality means more to her. Will absolutely recommend this salon to my friends.
