I ‘ve been Lucy Lu’s a couple of years,I like this place ,they always keep my appointments, every workers are polite and kind ,,and they have hair stations too ,very convenient for everyone,,I recommend go to Lucy Lu’s ,it’s worth it .

i have been to this place two times before with minimal to no issues but this time was so horrible. i went with my mom and sister and we made an appointment for 4:30. my mom only was able to get started at 4:55 and me and my sister waited until 5:15 before we walked out. they kept us waiting for ALMOST AN HOUR!! not to mention we got there ten minutes early so total wait time was 55 minutes. we had stuff to do after and they didn’t care about our time or keep us updated or give us a time frame. when my mom confronted them about the wait time the only thing they said was “i’m sorry”. as someone in the beauty industry i would never keep a client waiting that long for any reason at all. don’t book because they do not respect their clients and they won’t care about getting to you at all. there are so many other places that are infinitely better.

BEWARE: I went to get nails done and showed a picture, explained everything, and they did a crooked, messy, and horrible job! I went to go take the powder gel off by them and they ruined my nails and drilled holes in my nails while removing the polish! I would give zero stars if I could.

Went here for the first time today with my 10 year old. We were very happy with the service. They are very pleasant, friendly and took their time. I would visit them again.

Very good quality work whether you are getting your hair or your nails done or something else. It’s a one stop shop. They get busy best to make an appointment. The staff are very courteous and helpful.

DONT GO HERE! The manager at the front desk is incredibly rude. I am a customer and get my manicures, pedicures and waxing here. Well not anymore. One of the nail ladies cut my nails super short filed them down to stubs. I never ever get short nails so I was just so disappointed. I brought it up to Lucy who then tried to gaslight me and told me thats what I asked for. Basically called me a liar to my face and didn't even apologize. What type of business treats paying customers like that. My nails are so uneven. One short one long. Lucy even said that herself. A couple of the nail ladies were looking at my hands and laughing. They knew this was a horrible job done. Going here is like a gamble, just go to a place with quality workers. Lucy Lu is a joke.

Today I was in a bad mood. I did my nails at this nail shop. At the second table, the woman do my nails impatiently and scolded me loudly. I will never come again.
