Lucy is the best hairsylist I've had in Chicago. She is a master of both cut and color. I always go in with a vague idea of what i'm looking for and she translates it to what will actually work for my hair and I leave thrilled everytime.

I have been a client of Lucy going on 15 plus years. The "razor cut" she gives is cutting edge in the industry. I feel it gives a different texture as opposed to scissors. In my older years, she has been able to formulate my exact hair color to keep me feeling youthful.

I just started seeing Lucy and I am a huge fan. I struggled to find a hair colorist and moved around from salon to salon until I found Lucy. She does an amazing job and I love the color each time I get it done! Added bonus is that she is lovely to talk with, which makes the hour or two go by quickly! I would highly recommend.

Lucy has been my stylis for the past two years and she's amazing!!!! I do fusion extensions and everytime it gets better!! My color, cut, extensions are the best I've ever had and trust me when I say this I'm stylist myself! Anything she suggests I go with because I completely trust her and her skills! Lucy is an amazing hairstylist! She listens and delivers what you request. She gave me the most beautiful blonde color from a brunette in the most healthy way and gives the most amazing haircuts being that I have thick long hair. Aside from her skill, she’s personable, understanding, has great communication and always keeps up with the most current styles.

Lucy is the number one person to go to if you want that perfect beige bright blonde. Not only is she amazing at what she does she is willing to work with you and tell you step by step what it takes to achieve the look. She is super funny and a warm person to be around. Lucy is awesome!! I've been going to her for my haircuts for the past year or so. I have thick, naturally wavy Asian hair and had a hard time finding someone who knew how to cut it right. But Lucy knows exactly how to cut and style it, I always walk out of her salon feeling great. For my engagement photos, I knew I had to see Lucy to get a blowout. She did a fabulous job and I got many compliments on it. I highly recommend her!

I've always had a great experience with Lucy. She really understands hair and helps me know mine better. My hair still looks good when I get home and try to do it myself, which is not usually the case other places I've gone. She's super friendly and has a beautiful private space, so I really feel like she's devoted to making me look and feel good when I'm there.

Lucy is hands down one of the best hair stylists I've ever been to. She is magical when it comes to color and she is a natural at cutting. I recently got hair extensions too and I get complimented daily. My 10 year old son goes to her too and he says she is THE BEST EVER!!! I followed my stylist Lucy there from her previous salon and am so glad I did. I received more compliments on my hair when she did it than any other time in my life, including a random lady on the CTA who walked from the back to the front of the bus to ask me who did my color. The I last time I was there I was very hungover and the staff took such good care of me - if only I had felt as great as I looked when leaving. I just moved to California, and after already having one disappointing salon experience, I am seriously contemplating flying back to Chicago to have my hair done in the future at with Lucy. Excessive? Yes, but experience tells me it would be worth it.
