I went to Lucy after another salon left my hair disastrous to say the least. Lucy was very kind and fixed my hair! The first time I left the salon crying because my hair was so bad, when I left this salon I left with tears of joy, my hair looked amazing, she worked a miracle and did her best to not make sure I did not lose too much length! I am so Thankful! Highly recommended, very kind and professional!

I’m severely disappointed with Lucy. I had gone to her 4 times to dye my hair. My first time was July 2021. I went for a new color (red) January 15 2022, retouched it March 16 2022, and again June 1 2022. I had gone to Lucy so many times because I loved the way she left my hair, the color and texture was always pretty. For some reason, Lucy decided to severely over charge me the most recent time I saw her. She originally charged me $90 to dye my hair red (my hair is black) in January, she charged me $45 for a retouch on March 16 and this appointment June 1 she charged me $80!!! She had told me before she charged $90 to dye hair because it’s $45 of bleach and $45 of color, so for a retouch she charged $45. When i went June 1 to retouch my hair again, she charged me $80 now!!!! I sent her a respectful message (i still have prove if you want it) asking why she charged me double of what she charged me last time (in March) and she simply stated “sorry, the prices have gone up for everything.” She charges $90 to dye hair and $80 to retouch that dyed hair??!???! Are you kidding me! It’s absolutely ridiculous, she charged me DOUBLE of what she had just charged me for the SAME SERVICE she had performed before—a retouch, first it was $45 in March now $80 in June??!?! Be careful with this lady. She changes her prices at her will as it’s her salon. I like the way she does hair but her service and professionalism is NOT adequate.

The ladies are very nice but not happy with what i was charged $240 for highligjts one bowl of bleach took a short time no cut or trim and i have spots and leaks in between hair like some parts are not hightlighted. I talk to other lady that go there and $240 was not wat they ever paid even one who hair is longer than mine she paid 150 im very upset i was charged way too much and i want to talk to the owner. I am 57 had my hair done hundreds of times never paid more than $125

El mejor lugar para ir hacerte tu pelo. Lucy es beyond adorable y tiene años de experiencia en su trabajo. Blanca es la mejor en hacerte los tipos de colores y cortes para tu pelo tu le lleves en fotos, así como ella hace muy buenos trabajos en cortes para niños. Sobre más de 4 años e llevado a mis niños aquí y no e dejado que nadie más les toque o me toque el pelo a mi que Blanca =)

Friendly and welcoming, clean salon, and amazing prices. Lucy has been my hair go to person for years. Make sure to call and schedule an appointment if your planning to come by during the weekend as it gets busy. I always leave with a confidence boost :)

I have nothing but the best experience ever! She has done my hair for about 13 years, I came her to get my hair done for my wedding and I have been coming here since then. She does my moms and brothers hair as well and we are loyal to her quality and dedication to do our hair, I have changed hair colors and hairstyles she knows as well to meet our expectations. I highly recommend this gem to get pampered and look amazing, nevertheless the service and price is the BEST!!!
