I got a wonderful massage. I had been camping in Shenandoah National Park for a week, with no access to a shower or facilities to clean up. The ladies at the Lula allowed me to use their shower, setting the water to the perfect temperature. I was led to my room for a great 90 massage that totally relaxed me. My therapist was very friendly and made sure I was enjoying the massage. I was refreshed for my 12 hour drive back home.

The service is extremely bad. Unprofessional massage, charging extra for credit card, asking for 28 percent tips when I have already given 15 percent…… I’ve done many massages before and I knew the massager is not well trained. She doesn’t have any skills or strength basically a normal person can do her job. But at first I didn’t plan to write a bad review and I said nothing but thank you at the end. It’s because she’s also Chinese like me and I understand it’s hard to start a business in a foreign country. However, how she charges me really makes me sad. I paid 70 dollars for massage and 10 dollars(%15) tips. But she continuously asked for 20 dollars(%28) and told me that’s the basic in the US. After I refuse, she told me i chose harder when she asked me harder or lighter during massage so it’s obligated for me to pay 20 dollars extra. I know this is nonsense so I refused again. At last, she got angry and drove me away.

When I walked in, there were two women who greeted me so kindly with the biggest smiles. This was the best experience I could’ve ever hoped for. The lady who gave me my massage, I should’ve gotten her name but I didn’t, she was so tentative and asked me every so often if the pressure was ok, if I was ok, if I needed water. I got a towel massage and then the oil massage, THEN I got the hot stones. It was a full body-my arms legs back neck-this was the most enjoyable thing I have experienced in a long time. I gave her a hug and gave her a really good tip. I will absolutely be back. If you’re smart-you’ll go see these wonderful women. All I can say-5 stars-Would highly recommend-10 out of 10. Thank you

If I could give negative stars, I would! I NEVER leave reviews when the service is subpar… I usually just take it and move on. But this absolutely awful experience MUST be shared to spare someone else. The man who did my nails was the rudest nail tech (if you can call him that) that I have EVER dealt with. He put regular polish on my nails when I clearly requested gel. I have NEVER gotten regular polish. It is ALWAYS gel. And then proceeded to insist that I asked for the regular polish. He did repaint them, but the paint job was awful. He didn’t clean up the polish around my cuticles and I could have used another layer, as the color was quite see-through. When he told me to wash my hands, he did not tell me where to go to do so, even though I made it clear it was my first time there. He rushed the entire time and was more interested in his phone than the service he was providing. After I paid and left, he locked the door behind me so hard all I heard was the lock click as I left. Even though they still had a full 1.5 hours before closing. All in all, it was a horrible experience. I only went here because it was a Sunday and I needed them done by Monday. I learned my lesson… next time I will wait.

Great first experience at Nice Nails. They fit in a +1 with me the day before my appointment and did a great job on our pedicures. They took extra COVID-19 sanitation and separation measures. We felt at easy and relaxed during our stay. We will definitely visit again.

I have only gone to this nail salon a few times. I do think they are very friendly, follow great covid protocols, and they make sure everyone does feel comfortable. However, unfortunately I came in for a gel fill in I personally felt my nails were being rushed due to high volume which, happens. However, when I arrived home the gel polish was chipping off. Which means it did not set right underneath the light. I tried to reach out the next day and they were closed for Halloween. Nothing was posted about this, I understand they do have an adorable daughter so, maybe they wanted extra time as a family. As well as, they were closed Monday as their regular store hours so, I had to wait until Tuesday to reach out. My problem was fixed and I had an appointment schedule the following weekend. Unfortunately, I showed up today at 10am for my appointment and the business was not opened lights off with no explanation. I will not be returning to this nail salon I feel as though they have a lot going on or there’s a huge miscommunication and the job I work at is it hard for me to have inconsistencies to schedule my nail appointments.
