Update Oct 2023: I just had a massage with Chauna and it was DIVINE. Her prices are amazing too! $105 for a 2 hour! If you love pumpkin spice, don’t miss out on a Fall facial and/or hand/foot scrub! AMAZING. So relaxing and Lindsay is a pro! I’ve been going to her for the last 9 years. Highly recommend for facials and back scrub/facials too!

I had my first ever facial here and I can say it was a wonderful experience. Cindy was very knowledgeable on skin care and products, she was patient and explained every step in detail. The atmosphere and music were both so relaxing, and my face was noticeably clearer afterwards. Highly recommend!

All kidding aside, Lindsay is an incredible esthetician who is caring, great conversationalist and most importantly provides excellent services. That's why we are regular customers.

Lindsey is the absolute gem of Colorado Springs estheticians! I found her by happy accident when I purchased a groupon many years ago for Lulu Esthetics and have been going to her for all of my skincare needs ever since! She respects my time and has never been late for any of my appointments. She is sweet, patient and kind and always takes the time to evaluate what will be best and most beneficial for my skin. I have tried all of her facials, peels, body treatments and waxing. I always count the days until my next facial! :) Lindsey makes the experience SO incredibly relaxing with her amazing neck, shoulder and arm massage and always leave my skin looking youthful, glowing and absolutely transformed. She SO talented at waxing and sugaring. She is very professional and makes me feel comfortable during the entire process. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin! If you are looking for the best esthetician in Colorado Springs...look no further! :)

My facial was amazing . Hower I bought a 3 pack abdctried to make appointments to get another one and it was a flat tire, then relatives in town and then no babysitter. Cancelation after cancelation. I decided to forgo the other 2 massages I was owed and call it a day. 😕 super frustrating!

I went for an underarm and brazilian wax and it took over 2 hours to get done. It was MISERABLE. The staff were not professional and didn't seem to really know what they were doing. Go somewhere else. The next time, I went to Veda Salon & Spa - more expensive but SO worth paying the extra money. DO NOT recommend Lulu Esthetics.
