Fui el sábado pasado , me atendió el señor de lentes y le pedí un corte long bob, y termino haciéndome una melena , nada que ver con lo que yo le pedí, no quise hacer una escena ese día porque estaba muy molesta pero si no saben hacer cortes que lo digan y así uno se arriesga a pagar un mal trabajo.

I liked it at first, but when I got home I was looking thru the back of my head and found a piece of my hair not well colored I guess it didn’t take the dye but they said it would help with the shampoo didn’t work manager offer to fix but lady was never there!

I know that place sense first owner more then 20 years ago, never went other places… but definitely something change besides owners, service now is very poor and unprofessional staff… very long wait time, short of personal. Sadly I gotta look for some other beauty salon after many many years.

They charged my girlfriend almost 300 dollars to dye her short hair blonde and it turned out green. They ruined her hair and it’s falling out. The lady who did her hair had tattoos. When I came to complain with my girlfriend about it the owner was not there I came back three times and she’s never there. Excuse me Im not sure who that is. Besides if you put spam for everyone who tells the truth then there’s nothing more I need to talk to you about

I came here to get a Keratin treatment and I cannot be any happier. My hair looks and feels amazing! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. I will be returning to Lulu's beauty studio soon to get a color treatment as well.

I loved my haircut! I went in to get rid of the split ends, but the hairstylist suggested a cut that turned out perfect with plenty of volume, and I was impressed with the precaution the studio is taking with the COVID-19.

They charged me $28 dollars for 2 uncut hair don’t recommend to come here to cut yours not your kids hair they Just try to hurry & not worry how you feel about the cut

they do not know how to cut children’s hair I brought my 4yr old and 2 yr old my 2 yr wouldn’t let himself but they charged full price for a unfinished hair cut... my 4yr olds hair is cut so high and the front is uneven.
