I had a 90-minute medical massage today with Lisa Matteson, and I’ll definitely be scheduling another appointment soon. The massage was expertly tailored to address my specific needs. It’s the first massage I’ve had that completely relieved my neck pain (and I get massages frequently at various places). I’m always beyond pleased with the service at Lumen. I’ve also experienced their float sessions in the past, which were equally amazing. The establishment is bright, clean, and comforting, with a lovely scent throughout. I look forward to trying more of their services and would highly recommend Lumen to anyone.

Writing a review about Lumen Wellness here in Albuquerque is a privilege. My husband and I have been experiencing services and gaining benefits from Lumen for over two years. The care, integrity, and support that the owner, Dan Spanogle shows towards his clients is outstanding. He is continually exploring the latest research on wellness and ensures that his staff is educated with the equipment and its benefits. They work as a solid team. My wife an I absolutely love this place. Enjoy our weekly ARX workouts with Ronnie he does a great job, he pushes us to our limits. Pulse is amazing for recovery and pain relief. Christine always has a smile on her face and her great attitude encourages us to come back. Dan has created a fabulous wellness center, that has helped us to reach our wellness goals. We encourage others to benefit from this place also.

I was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition but had severe side effects to the prescription medication. Luckily a physician recommended infra red sauna and my autoimmune symptoms are in control.

Always Exceptional! I’ve experienced severe neck pain and migraines for around 25 years after a motorcycle accident in which I sustained a compound fracture to the cervical spine and a mild traumatic brain injury. No allopathic or holistic/traditional medical treatments in this time have been able to cure, or effectively treat the associated pain without the debilitating side effects of medications. As a result I’ve delt with head and neck pain which when triggered 2-3 times per month causes 3-5 day episodes of incredible pain. I’ve been an occasional Lumen customer for several years and tried PULSE PEMF therapy in the Spring of 2022 for the first time, after which the typical migraines and muscle spasms I’ve become accustomed to stopped coming as intensely or as regularly, and when they do trigger, a PULSE session at the 1st sign of one will either resolve it before the end of the session, or within a few hours, with no negative impacts on my ability to function as with medications. Lumen is a spectacular experience overall, I highly recommend them even if all you need is a solid day of rest and rejuvenation, but they offer so much more.

Been going here for a bit over a year. Really enjoy Lumen. Staff is knowledgeable, and always so nice and accommodating. For float it's the best place I've ever floated. They keep the water temp /air temp well tuned and noise non-existent to minimal, pods are large, so you aren't always hitting the sides. Highly recommend.

The worst ever , bad experience didnt even finished a whole hour massage came in 3:00 pm and my appointment is at 3 pm so i came in on time with my mom knowing it is a 5 star massage we took 15 min to do the paper work and sign a waver went in the restroom before starting and the time was 3:28put in mind i booked 60 min massage we started at 3:30 and we ended at 4:23 pm she havent even gotten to my arms ever !! So over all 0/10 i dont recommend it !!

Highly recommend for anyone seeking a wellness center that offers science-based approaches to healing and optimal health. The staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very clean, quiet and professional. I was visiting friends in the area and I wish that a place with this range of offerings existed where I live. If it did, I would invest in a membership in a heartbeat. While at Lumen I experienced a PEMF session which immediately helped alleviate chronic pain I had been experiencing in my shoulder and neck. I also had a massage, and I was impressed with the therapist's skill in alleviating tensions in my lower back and hips from the long travel. I could tell that they really love their work and what they do, and that makes receiving feel so wonderful when that's the energy someone is giving off. I walked out a new woman. My partner had a massage and then did a float tank session and I have NEVER seen him that relaxed in the 10 years I've known him.

I love the place but PLEASE get rid of those plastic bottled water! It’s a bit of a contradiction to provide health related services and offer plastic to customer: - bad for the health - also bad for the environment Doesn’t cost much for a business to switch, actually would cost less over time. Please make the switch

LUMEN offer a full range of wellness services, including PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field), IR sauna, and float tank. PEMF is incredible for quite literally "recharging your batteries". It feels relaxing, and afterwards many little aches and pains are gone. It has been an amazing tool for my healing journey. The customer service at LUMEN is also great: friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
