Ashley at the Portland location was Phenomenal. She performed a thread lift for me seamlessly, with ease and precision. She performs several a day, which is the experience you want when choosing a practitioner. Her bedside manner and intentional listening skills make all the difference. Love this place. I have tried a few different spa / aesthetic specialists in Portland, and not only does Lumera really offer it all, but also I find their staff to be a step above. Super knowledgeable, experts. The experience here is lovely, but really what I am looking for is people who know what they are doing and help solve the aesthetic issues I am looking to work on - this is that place. Big rec.

I just experienced the most relaxing and soothing (to skin and soul) Biologique Recherche facial with Carol. She was so invested in helping me with my concerns (rosacea and dehydration) and her suggestions at the end to add to my regimen were really helpful. By the time I returned to my office a short walk from the spa, my skin was glowing and feeling so good (redness calmed down). Thank you Carol, I will see you again soon.

I’m editing my review after getting home with all the products that were sold to me and googling all. It was my first time doing a facial- I didn’t know what kind do I need so I called and very nice lady explained me what to expect. She told me I’ll get a consultation and then the treatment that is most suitable for me. I felt very good about going after having that conversation and expected the same service during the actual visit. It simply wasn’t. When I got there, I voiced my skin concerns to the aesthetician she listened and said that here we can get you the products that most suitable for you and breezed over the facial Biologique Recherché (the most expensive one). I wasn’t really given different facials options, their differences and costs- just kind of put in front of the fact. I did the treatment -It was nice. After the treatment aesthetician wrote down the products that were used during the treatment and are best suitable for my skin. I voiced that I’d like to buy those and then she ran out outside to check if they actually have them which I thought was odd. I went outside where the tray with the products was waiting for me. They didn’t have the mask and the crème so she gave me other gel crème. Everything felt very chaotic. There was the tray with all the product and little screen with prices. I didn’t understand what product costs what. What is the facial charge and what is the product charge. Aesthetician said that I can leave a review for $50 discount so I did right then and there (editing it now after I processed the experience) but it appear to only apply for a second visit. So I’m there with all the bottles the screen with numbers the QR code aesthetician pointing at me to leave a review, her business card, if I want more water and I’m just so overwhelmed on what is happening so I pay over $800 for I don’t know what and leave. I had anxious feeling leaving the place instead of feeling relaxed and pampered. After I got home I googled all the products were sold to me and realized that the moisturizer that was sold to me ($252) wasn’t even in my treatment and doesn’t even fit my skin. The one that I was originally recommended was for acne prone skin but it was sold out so she gave me gel cream that is good for sagging and post cosmetic procedures-not really what I need. It might be still good but I felt a little cheated as it seemed like she gave me just whatever moisturizer they had in store just to make a sale and not what I actually needed- so much for my skin specific needs ... I have booked another facial for next month but not sure if I want to come back.

Ashley has been my injector for the past year and I can’t say enough positive things about her! I’m so excited that she works at Lumera now - it’s so pretty and comfy inside. Ashley is such a great communicator and knowledgeable and helps you decide exactly what you need in order to achieve the results you want. There are a ton of injectors out there, but Ashley is an absolute gem and I would recommend her to anyone!

Ashley was great! It was the first time I’ve gotten Botox and she was super upfront on what I should expect in the days after and was available when I had questions. She was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process and how I could achieve the results I was looking for. I’m extremely happy with how things look and will continue to go to her. It was super quick, easy, and actually more affordable than I initially thought. I highly recommend her and Lumera :)

I wouldn’t suggest this clinic to anyone. They are not skin specialists and will not be able to give you high quality services, only basic cleanings and regular lasers, nothing more. Your skin will become worse and the help you were looking for wouldn’t be solved. They will trap by forcing you to pay for the service and membership ahead of time, so when you change your mind or for some reason you can’t come in, they will NOT give non of your penny back. My advice is to do your own research for clinics that actually offers what your skin needs, who has advance machines that will improve your skin so that next day your skin glows not solve the problem that they caused.

Such a beautiful location with the most amazing, friendly, and inviting staff. I’ve been to a few injectors and Ashley is by far the most talented and is so kind! She corrected work from a previous injector and I couldn’t be more happy with the results. My lips look perfectly full without the duck look that other injectors go after. She listened to my concerns and executed them without a sweat exactly how I asked. It was also the most relaxing and least painful experience I’ve had so far. Highly suggest booking with Ashley! I got fillers and Botox! :)

I go to Ashley for my lip filler and Botox and she is so good I have and will follow her anywhere. She did my first lip filler ever and she made me feel so safe and comfortable as I was extremely nervous. I countywide to get treated by her and she is very consistent. I won’t ever trust anyone else with my filler/Botox.

I never do reviews, but I wanted to write one about Ashley Clark and Lumera. I’m very particular about where I go and who I see. Ashley C. is the best in the PNW and literally the kindest, most gentle, incredibly precise, immensely knowledgeable about *everything* kind of provider, and I trust her. I know she’ll take amazing care of me every time I see her. Takes the time, never ever rushes, is so conscientious, and it means a lot to me. I’ve gone through *a lot* but now my skin is in the best shape it’s been in years. Lumera has become one of my favorite places, so comfortable, spacious, truly where spa meets medical grade. I had a wonderful experience at the new, beautiful Lumera Regenerative Spa in the Pearl District. I had a Biologique Recherche “fluffy” facial that was heavenly! The products, atmosphere, massage and results were amazing – especially Victoria’s soothing hands & touch – the best! Not only does this facial include the face but also décolletage, neck, upper back, trapezius, shoulders and scalp massage. So relaxing – I didn’t want it to end. I also tried the EmSculpt Neo treatment on abs and glutes. Each 30 minute treatment consists of a series of intense muscle contractions followed by a series of tapping to relieve lactic acid buildup. The sensation was not unpleasant – just a little unusual. I’m no stranger to the gym and look forward to daily workouts and was pleasantly surprised that there wasn’t any muscle soreness afterwards. Lumera Pearl is a beautiful space with a pleasant and calming vibe. Under the direction of Kelsey Morse, the Aesthetic Director, the staff is highly trained, very professional, knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I definitely will be coming back for more pampering and stress relief!
