Beautiful studio, professional atmosphere, and great customer service! Not only am I happy with the services I received, but Nikki is super knowledgeable about what she does. She gave great explanations for after care as well and sends you home with everything you need. She carries top tier products for purchase and can help you find the best skin care routine for your skin. Loved my experience at Lumi Med Spa inside IMAGE Studios Dallas Galleria!

I am so glad I found Nikki as she is not only an expert in her field, but she is just such a lovely and kind soul who genuinely cares about her clients goals and helping them achieve great results. I’ve seen consistent results from each service I’ve tried and trust the guidance and advice Nikki offers me along the way. Plus she is just so warm and friendly, I always enjoy my appointments. I highly recommend her services!!

I cannot express enough gratitude for my experience at Lumi Medspa! Nicole has been helping me with skincare for about a year, and she did my powdered brows and PDO threads today. She was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She is knowledgeable in all things skincare, helping me change my routine to fit my current needs and in making a game plan for future appointments. Can't wait to go back!

I had a great experience! Nikki is very experienced and knew exactly what to do to help me with my ugly scar. The micro-needling had amazing results at minimizing my scar. She also does spray tans which are beautiful and a bonus anytime I go see her!

I have been seeing Nikki for 3+ years for several wellness programs to supplement my normal exercise and diet. I look and feel better than I did 10 years ago. She provides excellent guidance and recommendations while understanding my goals. She always has a smile and glow about her and her acumen is superb. She’s simply the best!

Booking was super easy through the website & I can’t wait to have more services done by Nikki!! I will say; she is in a studio not a stand alone. So ensure you have the time to park verses my mistake & being late!!

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced professional you will find it here. When I began my skin journey I had horrible dark patches forming on my skin, both deep and fine facial lines, and overall poor texture on my skin. Turning 40 is HARD. Nikki not only put me on a skin regimen that did wonders, but she took so much time with me explaining my type of skin, products, and treatments. I get compliments on my skin daily! Also, she is warm and welcoming, never a time I felt out of place or uncomfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Highly recommend!!

Hydrafacials, laser hair removal, lashes and brows, and custom spray tanning👌, only name a few of the treatments she does. She also sells skincare and always tells me exactly what my skin needs! I’ve been a client of Nikki’s for about 18 months. Initially I went to Nikki for her experience w powder brow application. I was so impressed w Nikki’s expertise, I see her on a routine basis for hydra facials, brow tinting & other services. In addition, I purchase all my skin care items via Nikki. She knows exactly what my skin needs & makes great recommendations! I simply cannot recommend Nikki enough!

Today I had my brows laminated and tinted and received a derma plane treatment and after my service, I went to a store and the cashier commented on how BEAUTIFUL MY SKIN WAS! Nikki is extremely knowledgeable about different skin types and set me up with a great skincare routine that I could start that would not only be easy to maintain but would help me see results fast! She is fun and energetic and has such a warm inviting studio! I'm so not your typical spa girlie and today's visit was so fun and left me feeling so beautiful I can't wait to come again!
