went to my first visit on 5-8 I am so happy with the results that I got the staff was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable I can't wait for my next app I went for electrolysis but plan on checking out their other services because the were so good. love love love them I recommend them to everyone

I have been going to Bluegrass Electrolysis for over a year...I have done both laser and electrolysis and guess what...IT WORKS!! And you will not find nicer people than Allison and Louise!! They have educated me about hair removal, I had NO idea that waxing actually makes the hair grow back thicker! I feel like they care about me as a person (and not just another customer). I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else...they KNOW their stuff!

I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal. These ladies were so nice and helpful that I have purchased several packages beyond the groupon. Allison is about the nicest person you could ever hope to meet! Also, they gave me lots of information about how I should remove hair between laser appointments. Several of the other clinics I had visited just zapped the hair and sent me on my way. They have truly gone above and beyond. I can only come to Saturday appointments and they have done everything to accommodate me. I even realized one Saturday I was their only appointment and they didn’t cancel. I have not received this kind of service from other clinics. They set an example for customer service and relations.
