From the moment you arrive, you realize you came to the right place. The staff is warm and welcoming. The office is beautiful and well designed. After speaking to them I realized they understood my concerns and were competent and knowledgeable to address my needs. They have everything a client could possibly want, and it is all the newest and best equipment! Everything went so perfect! This is how it should be when you go to professionals! Irene is by far the best in her field. You will not regret your visit and especially your outcome! Thank you so very much and I will see you all soon!

I had an amazing experience at Luminess for microblading with PRP. Everyone was incredibly friendly, informative, and helpful from start to finish. I was very pleased with my experience at Luminess Med Spa .Irene Ratliff, the owner, came highly recommended. I had a consultation with her about a chemical peel a few weeks ago, and I booked the appointment for today. I was very impressed with Irene and the recommendations she had for me.. TodayI had the chemical peel and was very happy that there was no discomfort whatsoever and Irene went over everything with me, walking me through the procedure, I will be having two of these treatments.. i’m looking forward to my result within the next seven days! This is not my first rodeo at a med Spa, and I can tell that I will be a very happy client! Best med spa in town! The facility is spotless with modern chic style decorations. Jailene, the manager was so sweet and friendly. I am very impressed with the skill, thoroughness and knowledge of Irene. I had neurotoxin injected into my forehead and around my eyes today. I also was educated on the different laser treatments for the face and neck. I’m looking forward to having that done soon! New review to follow 😊
